We liked our stay at this hotel. Everything seems to work. They will help you with underground river tour and free airport shuttle. The food they serve in the restaurant Dong Juan is delicious, we had beef soup! Location is okay maybe it is walking distance to Robinsons but we always take trike.

Situated in a beautiful green area surrounded by palm trees and mountains, the resort is truly as one with nature. Designed in accordance with its surroundings and with the convenience of modern design, the resort offers its guests a place to experience true vacation living. Relax in the luscious pool as you watch the sunset over the mountains then dine in the beautifully designed restaurant.
Our El Nido Escape was an amazing experience. Lio Villas management and team made our stay a pleasant and unforgettable one. Rooms are very nice and clean. Customer service is A+. Food is sumptuous! We made so many requests (food, massage, tours) and all were granted with gusto! We highly recommend this place and if we go back to El Nido again, Lio Villas is our go to place to stay! Thank you to the Management! and special mention to Neil, Marvin, Kenneth, Junjun, Chef, and the rest of its team.

Everything is good but don’t be black and emotive here. It’s the same as everywhere else. Our staff from reception lead me to apologise to a whole bar for an altercation I tried to diffuse. I was the only black person and felt very vulnerable. No sight of the staff as I left It

We had a very comfortable 3 nights staying here. Slightly out of the main part of el nido but they offer free transportation to el nido town or las cabanas beach. It was nice to out of the main town. We asked them to take us in to town every night and the very friendly and helpful gentleman that takes you was always there waiting at the pre arranged time to collect us. The accommodation is very comfortable, the beds were made every day for us. We had breakfast there twice which was very good. A very enjoyable stay to round off a fantastic two weeks spent in the Philippines

Magnifique et paradisiaque. Une expérience extraordinaire dans la nature le personnel vient du village et les repas de prennent en commun ce qui donne une ambiance extraordinaire autour du feu en soirée. Les coreaux sont magnifiques ! Allez y!

The size of the room is big, aircon is cold. We arrive at 5pm and supposed to check out at 12pm the next day. Our flight was at 4pm. We asked if we could stay at 2pm. They charge us extra for extending and for extra person since the room we reserved was for only 2 people. They did not inform me that there will be charges before I checked in. Customer service is so poor. We came home late at 1am and there was no one in the reception. Check in the front and there she was sleeping. We don't feel safe there was no one in the front door and anyone can come in.

Feel at home in faraway El Nido in a split-level American bungalow. Built in the 1960s by the couple Romeo and Evangeline de la Cruz, the house is now a 7-bedroom bed-and-breakfast consisting of 5 standard rooms and two family rooms. Dubbed BNKY (a play on Bingkay, a term of endearment for the third child to whom the house was bequeathed), the house is located in a quiet neighborhood at Calle Amboy, El Nido poblacion. BNKY offers restful sleep in fan-ventilated/air-conditioned rooms on 6-inch thick mattresses on sturdy narra beds, hot-and-cold showers, and wifi connection. Music lovers may choose to play the piano, violin, or guitar. Make BNKY your home away from home!
Less than one hour after booking this room, it was not possible for me to stay in this city due to a big coming typhoon. I didn't entered in the room and at my arrival I immediatly asked to the staff to cancel my booking. They can't do anything for me and the direction of Byky doesn't want to refund me even if i didn't entered on the room. The staff wasn't responsive at all and the direction stop our conversation during a call. They were very unpleasant ! This hotel stole my money and they problably rent the same room on an other website. You should'nt go to this place, now it's up to you. Regards
