We are a family-oriented campground located on a large fresh-water lake. Fishing and swimming are also available at no extra charge. Many hiking trails on, or near the campground and we are only 30 min drive from the world-famous Prekestolen (Pulpit Rock). Come alone, bring a friend or come with your family for a nature-filled vacation in beautiful NORWAY.
Spacious, clean and well-equipped cabins
Reviewed By AnnukriWe were very pleasantly surprised by the standards of our 2-bedroom cabin! Given that the booking website did not provide photos from inside the cabins (and our previous experience with such cabins elsewhere has been rather dreadful), we were expecting the worst. However, our cabin was spacious and bright with running water and a sufficiently equipped kitchen. It was obvious the cabin had been cleaned, and fresh linen was already on the bed and included in the price. It was also great to have an in-house shower and toilet, although the shower could do with a small repair of the water outflow. The effort from the owner to provide a cozy cabin is greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By torenjaNice and cosy place right next to the alpine slopes and cross country. Managed by lovely and warm people, this place is perfect for a family time in the mountains. Quite basic but newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartments with bathroon, kitchen and a cast iron log burning oven. Its our second vistit and we will probably come back.

Reviewed By 652_ysteiniHadde booket en natt som mellomstasjon før videre biltur. Skulle ha vært lenger. For en flott beliggenhet! Leiligheten var super og hadde ekstremt bra standard. Eieren, Snorre, var kjempehyggelig og slo gjerne av en prat. Her må vi jo bare komme tilbake ved en annen anledning :)

Fantastic restaurant in a fantastic place
Reviewed By h_konh180Støtt is a very special island with a long and current history specially within fishery and trading place. The restaurant is in and old typically building decorated with old fishing and trading items. Very authentic and just great. And what a fantastic view from the outdoor part. Perfect seafood with the just the perfect wine. A place you just must visit, at least once in your life.

A nice place in Nordfjord
Reviewed By friendlypartnerThe place quiet with nice views overlooking the Nordfjorden. It was easy to find and there was a supermarket and a gas station in the neighborhood. We had Cabin 1 facing the sea, spacious with sufficient cooking facilities. The staff was very helpful. We asked for a kettle and was given one. We found the frying pan rather dirty and it was replaced immediately. We regret that we stayed there for only one night. If we had more time, we could do some activities around there, e.g. kayaking or just rowing in the peaceful environment.

Reviewed By Tor RVilla Vengetind er et stort, koselig gammelt hus som er innredet som et hyggelig pensjonat. Huset har sjel og vertskapet gjør sitt ytterste for at alle gjestene skal trives, med god mat, rene pene rom og ikke minst gode turforslag. Vi bodde på Villa Vengetind i forbindelse med toppturer i Romsdalsalpene, og Trollstigen platået ligger en liten halvtimes kjøretur unna. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Reviewed By ReneR127Wij zijn Singerheimen gaan bezoeken, daar ik het alleen van de fotos kende. Ik ben zeer bekend met Anna en William Singer. Fantastische middag gehad door Ragnhild Lunde en Margunn Skarstein, het voelde als heilige grond om dit huis te bezoeken en rond geleid te worden! Dank!!

You will find us in Kinsarvik, the hart of the Hardanger Fjord. Huse Gjestegard is a farm that has stood here since 1826 and was previously part of the cluster yard at Huse. The main building was extended for the last time in 1924. We have gradually restored the house to recreate the original style but with modern comfort. We run today a traditional farm with sheep, and taking in addition guests, for overnight stays.
Great stay in Kinsarvik.

Good bed, recently reformed bathroo, working kitchen appliances and enough room for a family of four. Would reccommend to anyone intersted in visiting the area.

Veldig fine leiligheter med unik mulighet til grilling på egen uteplass som står til terningkast 6+. Alt i alt et flott opphold. Vi kommer tilbake?
