Complex "Villa Brigantina" Opened in the summer of 2013, the three-star (diamond) complex is perfect in its category. It is situated in a quiet area in the Southern part of the resort, just 150m. away from Cacao Beach. "Villa Brigantina" offers all the conveniences you need for an unforgettable holiday!
Cheap, cheerful, clean, fresh towels and room cleaned every day, restaurant menu ok and very reasonable, choice of six breakfasts, Ellie in the restaurant works very hard and nothing is too much trouble likewise with the receptionists and staff in general, ideal base to get your head down and explore the area without paying through the nose!, I think you will be hard pressed to find a better deal in the locality!.

This is a guest house rather than a hotel, rather poor rating. The room is not really clean, we had to remove the cobwebs from the ceiling and clean the windows and mirrors which were stained. In any case, daily cleaning is very often reduced to emptying garbage cans. They don't clean the floor or the bathroom. We had a sea view room, unfortunately spoiled by the bars opposite which play very loud music very late at night. The bathroom, recently renovated, has a walk-in shower without separation with the sink and the toilet. Taking a shower therefore amounts to flooding it. There are blackout curtains on the bedroom windows, but not in the bathroom. The two being separated by a glass door, we have the right to live sunrise. Luckily dark brown towels help solve the problem. The boss is very rude. In addition, she asked us to pay an extra night that we had canceled 2 months ago. Ditto for the restaurant staff, except one or two. They speak poor English, so we have surprises when the dish arrives. Only positive points: the location in the old town ideal for evening dining and the swimming pool which allows you to relax after the day's activities. The room is equipped with a mini fridge and air conditioning. There is a paid parking lot next door, but since you always have to return the card at reception after bringing the car in or out, it is far from practical.

Be very careful when you book your room in the middle of the season because if someone else books on a higher price than yours you will end up on the street trying to find a new place just couple of days before you go to the hotel !! It doesn't matter if you book it 1 month before your visit or not .. you will be told that you no longer have a room due to overbooking-system issue!!

Our home – hospitable and sunny. Located at 50 m away from the sea, with a wonderful café terrace looking out on the sea. Hotel type rooms (single, double, triple). Each room has a WC, bathroom, shower, cable TV, mini-bar, terraces.
We were on a holiday for one week. The location of the hotel is perfect- 2 minutes walking to the beach, park with lots of entertainments, supermarket and pubs. We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and bathroom. In the apartment there was a kitchen with everything needed for cooking, fridge and microwave oven. The Wi-fi was poor. Very quite and peaceful place. Next year we are going there again

Villa California is maybe the best place in Sinemorets. From there you have access to the wild beach Veleka as well as to the more accessible beach Butamiata. Also it is within walking distance from restaurants, but you should not forget that some rooms have also a small kitchen. The two villas that form the accomodation place have a beatiful garden with lots of places to rest or eat or laugh with your friends. The whole area is a protected natural reservation.

Small, family-friendly and great accommodation. Wonderful view of the sea. Clean and nice, and just as you step out the door you reach the old walls of sozopol, which leads through cozy streets and wonderful restaurants with stunning views to the square of old Sozopol with churches, beaches and shopping.

We spent seven days here and mostly we are charmed by this place. It has some negative sides, but as a whole, one can really relax here. We booked a bed and breakfast only, no dinner and lunch included. And it's better this way because the food they served in the cafeteria was mostly the same. I spoke to some people who are on full boarding, they said the same is valid for lunch and breakfast as well. But in the vicinity there are many good places to eat, especially in Primorsko, which is 3 minutes from the villas by car. Essentially these are small renovated houses from socialist times, located in a forest area near the sea, equipped with one larger room with three beds and a bathroom. You pay for the entire house, so the more of you there are, the cheaper it will be per person. The nature around the entire holiday complex is beautiful and it's very quiet. The air is clean and fresh and there are lots of green spaces. There are also some nice facilities for entertainment like a swimming pool, a night club, various restaurants, a small grocery store for buying necessities and so on. For anything more pretentious, one would have to go to Primorsko or Kiten - nearby towns. The beach has a wide sand strip and the water is usually very clean with some small exceptions when there are lots of seaweed. The hygiene in the villas is OK. They clean every day and they change the sheets and towels every 3 days. All in all, it's a good place to rest and have fun.

Beautiful place, 200 meters from the beach.Free parking , free Wi-Fi. BBQ available. Garden , 24 h ATM. All rooms with terace , TV and air conditioner.
This was our third visit to Sozopol and our stay at this apartment made it the best yet! Initially we were down to stay in the double room but I requested a change to the studio apartment which was granted. The owner was very friendly, meeting us and assisting with our luggage. The apartment is located about 15-20 minutes away from the centre of Sozopol and there is a beach just over the road. The apartment itself is spacious and has a microwave, kettle and preparation area so you can make light meals. The sea view from the balcony is fantastic and the balcony itself is really spacious. The bathroom was sparkling clean on arrival and the sample shower gels and shampoos were a nice touch too! There is free parking for guests and also a mini supermarket under the apartments which was well stocked with everything you could possibly need! There is also a terrace area and the shop serves a few cakes and sandwiches which you are welcome to eat at the tables outside, they will also open bottles and provide glasses if you wish to drink there! Sozopol and the surrounding areas get better with every year and despite us going late in the season we were spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants and activities.
