The hotel is pretty saturated around very good shops and malls so is very convenient for me to go around. The hotel room is equipped with a air conditioning and hot water but there is no amentities such as iron board, water heater but is budget hotel so I don't expect much to use the water heater, but iron board is a must use item if people are going for business or events of such. Overall, it was a nice hotel good service friendly staff good price for a stay. That is for my review thank you.

Our room card can’t even be used to go up to our room at the lift. We need to ask the security for help to tap for us. If we want to go to a different floor from our floor, we need to go back to level 1 and ask the security to scan and press the level for us. The security also looks tired and exhausted. The hotel parking is full for the guests???? They make us park at a public space where there is another additional cost and it’s so expansive. We also can’t get through call operators if we need anything and the apartment comes with washing machine but no detergent soap. The walls are peeling, certain parts of the apartment especially toilet is quite dusty and dirty. The floor is dusty.

I have decided to try W Hotel when I saw they had a great deal on weekdays and since I had some spare days off, my friends and I decided to try it out. The team had been extremely helpful especially when I had booked the members rate and realized it was for room only and we wanted to have breakfast because we heard it was great. I dropped a message to the Facebook page and they were quick to respond and assist with this. Not only were they wonderful in responding, they even managed to get us complimentary breakfast for our rooms. I couldn’t have asked for more! The rooms were amazing, especially the ones facing KLCC and the complimentary chocolates were delicious. I tried using the phone to ask for additional pillows but weren’t able to get anyone on hold, however after checking the Marriott app, I was able to place an order for pillows and extra amenities and it was quickly delivered to my room. Truly a wonderful app to compliment the stay. W Insider Kristine was also kind enough to drop me a message on WhatsApp to check on me and it was certainly a great surprise. Breakfast at Flock was truly deserving, it was not the full setup primarily because of the more quieter time of the week, but service was immaculate. Everyone at the restaurant were attentive and helpful, especially Ben who kept checking in on us. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay W, hope to be able to visit again and next time make full use of the pool.

Staff very friendly, counter and housekeeping. Hotel with 50 room & basic room facilities, small space, clean bathroom. If you want to pray you have to go to level 3 or unless you want to pray on the bed. AC was excellent and cooling.

When we arrived, our name wasn't on the list at the gate, but someone came down straight away and showed us to the apartment. It's a pretty standard 2 BR/ 2BA, except both bedrooms are en-suite. That's no problem, unless you have someone sleeping in the living room, though. (I don't know if that is allowed.) The view is of Stadium Negara and a mosque, Masjid Al-Bukhary. The apartment is high enough to have a bit of a city view, as well. However, the only downside to the apartment is that it also overlooks an LRT line. I slept in the bedroom facing the train and there was quite a bit of outside noise from early in the morning. On the plus side, the blinds kept the room dark enough that the light didn't bother me. The interior bedroom was very quiet. The beds were both super-comfy. I stayed there with my brother and he described it as sleeping on a giant pillow. I agreed. Another nice touch was the toiletries which were provided. Many apartments we stay in only provide towels and TP. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dish towel, sponge, and paper towels were all provided. There was a full-sized fridge, two burners, and a microwave. There was one pot with no lid, but plenty of dishes and cutlery. We were able to make do, but it would have been nice to know in advance. There was also a washer and iron, but we didn't stay long enough to do laundry. The building has a small gym and a lovely outdoor pool. I would happily stay there again! To find it from Hang Tuah station, walk in the direction of the Swiss Garden (you can easily see it from the station). Go up the hill past the police station and towards the Swiss Garden. At the intersection, across the street to the right is a restaurant painted to look like a shark's open mouth; to the left is an Old Town White Coffee. Turn left and walk past the OTWC and the apartments next door. The Yelloduck is in the next building, the Casa Residency.

Located not far from KL Sentral(transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur & it is quite a walking distance), it is a okay place to stay a night. Surrounded by indian shopping and restaurant district it is happening until midnight. The entrance to this hotel quite hard to notice and once you notice it you need to walk a stair up to the hotel counter. The room is okay (but not so clean) and the internet connection available but not too okay. The hotel offering a free breakfast but i never inform nor given a breakfast. Nothing much to say about this accommodation but if you're looking for budget hotel for staying one night than this place is okay.

Worst experience in Malaysia hotel and service apartment booking.Never again! Booking.com should take down this site....as nothing fits its description. The apartment was so run down, outdated, toilets are broken, yellow stains on toilet seats, cheap shampoo and handwash, broken kitchen worktops, balcony door latch is broken,we had kids so safety wise really gone out the window.Towels are so old,not enough toilet papers...bathroom so old and dirty. This whole block is purpose built for investors to rent out to tourists. They are all different owners and standards. The infinity had its days long gone....toilet there were so dirty ans smelly. Never ever WARNING!!!! book this place.
