This is stunning accommodation. Lots of space inside, comfortable beds and surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden. A huge bathroom and a nice little kitchen. Close to hot water beach and only half hour to Whitianga. The Art Gallery/Shop "The Lawnmower's Son" just down the road is well worth a visit, amazing art.

What a wonderful place to stay in it was spotlessly clean the managers were inviting and warm. They welcomed me into my apartment with ease and courtesy. The room was a double room which was tastefully decorated. I enjoyed the bathroom facilities and plenty of parking. The view was breathtaking looking at the marina with fish jumping out of the water I could sit there and watch that view all dlay.

Right, I don't know where to start, we were supposed to be spending Christmas with family in London and wanted to take our minds off where we should be. Annie, from first contact, met every single one of our requirements for a family Christmas away from home. The house and garden is so beautiful, stately and homely and Paul, Annie and their charming son Jared could not have been more welcoming, it was better than being one of the family, we felt like honoured guests. We adored the Alpacas and could not believe how close we could get to them, lots of bunnies, a lovely inviting swimming pool, amazing varied breakfasts and even Christmas Dinner and Christmas tea with all the trimmings. Great conversations when wanted but also a lot of privacy if we needed it. Easy trips to Hobbiton, Waitomo, Raglan and the beautiful Hamilton Gardens, close to great restaurants and shops. Any problems solved in an instant, I really feel we made good friends. Out of all the many great hotels in different countries we have stayed in I'll never forget the care, consideration and love we felt at the magical cherry tree manor.

We were made to feel very welcome from the minute Yvonne opened the door to greet us. The home felt so relaxing with a lovely garden if we had wanted to sit outside. We enjoyed Yvonne and Kevins company when we returned from dinner out. This place was a gem in every way.

What can you say about this "palatial" B&B! We just spent 3 nights at Acacia Waters in the most glorious of locations with views down to Lake Taupo. Dianne and Pete know exactly how to run a B&B to the highest standard. Breakfast table setting was something to behold and even when "someone - namely me" requested their egg should be "rock hard" it was not too much trouble. Because of our length of stay we had an amazing room, bathroom with spa, walk in robe, balcony with table and chairs and a view to die for. Pete (skipper of Moet) took us out on the lake to view the carvings and dropped a line but alas nothing was biting.

Lovely and peaceful place. Room is very clean. You will feel close to the nature with very chickens and friendly sheep. Most of all it is peaceful and quiet. Ideal if you wanna escape from the city. Location is very convenient. Not too far from the center but also next to lovely Gilmour Reserve and a little lake. The room is already equipped with all the breakfast foods (bread, jams, eggs, yogurt, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, chocolate) and refilled if needed. If you happened to come on a rainy day there is TV and DVDs provided. And also spa! Hosts seem like a lovely people too. Highly recommend.

We stayed the night after being at the snow allday, only 30mins to top of the mountain from here, perfect location ! we had a group of 11 , and stayed in the family room and a double room. Both rooms were spotless , inviting, and warm. Clean pressed linen and all the little nice touches like crisp white towels and shampoos, soaps etc. Very happy with the price of both rooms, considering we had such a large group of mostly kids ! Pool was amazing to soak in after a long day on the mountain. Very friendly staff, kids loved it, and we had an amazing sleep on our generous king bed. Will definately be making it our annual stop when we come to the snow !

Cant rate this gorgeous place enough. We loved this BNB. With 3 kids it can be hard to find a child friendly but stylish location. This hit all the buttons. Family is delightful, house is stunning. Kids loved the loft bed, the toys, boards games and animals. Breakfast was the best we've had in NZ, beds were super comfy, close to town but still like a farm stay. Oh and Cambridge town is delightful as well. Thanks for a great stay!
