On the Turkish Riviera, traditional fishing villages such as Üçagiz nestle alongside the modern resort destinations of Marmaris and Antalya. Unspoiled yellow sand beaches and pine forests line this history-rich coast whose illustrious former residents include St. Paul. Buses make easy connections between the coves, castles and cities beside the turquoise waters of what the Turks call the White Sea. Dont miss the awe-inspiring eternal fires of Chimaera at Olympos most impressive at night.

Had to change rooms as the first on was so small the bed took over half the entrance. Should be a single and not a double room. Very noisy and not very clean. Black mould in between tiles, and hair left in plug. The only good thing was the staff. I would not recommend. Could not wait to leave.

We are the one off the first Pension of Kas. At 2018 we bouild our Hotel as new with 18 largest guest rooms near the famous Kucuk cakıl Beach. We are ready to make your holiday comfortable , islands and Greek island view you can enjoy your drinks
This is a sweet little hotel on the quiet end of town with parking (at least there was in April!) and wonderful, friendly staff. The staff speak some English and were so helpful and kind to us. The view from the sea view room was beautiful and it was cleaned to a high standard every day, it had a good shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast sat on the terrace was great and we loved having the buffet option (with the occasional new hot item run out to us as soon as it was cooked!) so we didn't waste food like in other hotels. The laundry service is great value at 100TL per load and smells amazing. We would absolutely come back and stay for as long as we could afford to do so.

The hotel has been certified by the Ministry of Tourism as a (however it complies with Deluxe standards with services upgrade). The hotel opened for service in May 2014. -Total width of the sandy beach that is at the front of the hotel is 283 m. -The land allocated for the Andriake Resort Hotel is approximately 35,000 m2. -There are a total of 150 rooms & suites of which are extremely spacious with elegant furnishings and décor. Additionally there are 3 Presidential suits and 50 staff rooms with all amenities. a) 138 Standard rooms are of 55 m2 and located on the first, second and third floors. All the rooms have double or twin beds with an additional sofa bed. b) 12 corner Suites rooms are located on the corners of each three floors and are 78 m2 each. They feature a living area with two sofa beds and bathroom, leading to a separate bedroom with twin or double beds and en-suite bathroom.
Unfortunately, most of the staff treats people in advance as Russian, not allowing the option that a large number of guests in this hotel are Poles. They speak basic phrases in Russian, hardly any English, so it's hard to get along. 60% of the music you can hear by the pool is nothing but Russian songs. As for cleanliness, it could be better (I noticed a dark coating in the shower part). Food was good, fresh - some of the dishes were replaced with new dish the next day. I liked the design of the room - minimalist, neat, sand colors, white wooden furniture - it looks great. There is a great garden inside the hotel, unfortunately it is not possible to spend time in its surroundings - there is only one bench next to the elevator, where you can sit down if you want to admire the garden. In general, a lot of things to improve, but the hotel is not 5 *, so for 4* it is quite good.

We was in the hotel in the end of the October for one week. Hotel is really nice and frame for really quality 5 star hotel is there. It's clean and workers are friendly, but well it don’t work like a 5 star hotel at all. One nice lady speaks fluent english in the reception and few other people speaks english, the rest cannot communicate with you, they can take the orders in the restaurant but no matter what u ask they don’t understand. It makes things bit difficult but we could live with that. But when u ask some food for example from the buffet many they don’t understand / listen what you say, they start to put food on your blade immediately and then u get wrong food, wrong amounts etc. They should listen your order fully, before turning their back and starting to put food on your blade. They never write down orders, so many times they come back to you to ask what was the order.. Few times they even forgot the orders totally, especially if u ask basic thing like water. in the pool area many days nobody came to take orders. Some days there was person to take orders. Usually in 5 star hotels, or even 3-4 star things are setup similarly every time you order something. Well in one week time we got coffee in 7 different kind of glasses/cups, in same breakfast it could be 3 different kind offs. We paid breakfast and dinner in advance for every day. Food is basically good but boringly the same every day in the buffet, so in the last night we didn't even want to eat there anymore and we went elsewhere. They have also nice a la carte list and we did taste things in the lunch, quality ok but not 5 star. Portions are way smaller what they are in their menu book. Pizza is probably frozen pizza which they just warm up in the oven. Rooms are nice so nothing to complain about that. But there are few things to say. Air condition and electricity plugs of when you are not in the room, so when u come back it's hot there and you cannot charge mobile phones or anything if you are not there. It’s 5 star hotel and it don't let you do basic things like that. If you want to use safety box you need to pay 3€ per day in the reception so then someone brings you 4 AAA batteries and instal those to the safety box and they put some code there too that you can use it. Why not just add 3€ more to the room price and don’t play stupid game with batteries and extra fees. We have never seen this kind of thing in 5* hotel. Rooms are cleaned well every day but then in rooms there is one tiny garbage in toilet, but none in the room.. So all the empty bottles, garbage etc are around the room in plastic bags as there is no place to put those. Some of the pools promised to be heated but none are. Hot tup pools are all super cold, there is no point to use those at all. Hotel is in peaceful and beautiful location so it’s shame that so many basic things are in the 3 star hotel quality. There is shuttle to the beach which is free and there is a bar and sun beds etc.. Well this is one more thing that is not in 5* hotel quality, it looks like 2 star hotel beach are. Their spa with massage and Turkish hamam was super good and for that we could give 5 stars.

I can honestly say that we have enjoyed our stay at Merve Sun and Spa as a family. It's a very clean hotel, the food has a variety of options (zakariya is a great Chef!) and the staff is always helpful. Shakur

Well I’ll start by saying we are still at this hotel, so it can’t be that bad & to be fair it isn’t, just a small part is. Ok let’s start with the good shall we ? Easy to find and right In the middle of the shopping area’s, don’t be put off by this though as noise is pretty much at a minimum, hotel is lovely and clean, all modern amenities, tea and coffee machines free of charge in the foyer along with comfy seating and a large tv if you just want to relax in peace. Reception staff are really lovely and pleasant. Rooms are modern, clean and have good A/C room cleaner is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for her. Pool is lovely, plenty of space to lay around the pool & even has a kids paddling pool, and good entertainments team especially for the kids. Good Wi-if reception in rooms as well as pool/ restaurant area and easy to use password system, in fact probably the best and easiest I have come across, Free pool towels on production of a card, but unfortunately only one per person and you can’t get another card from reception. Food area is clean, but flies are a problem and I didn’t see any fly zappers around. Lots of other good points to this hotel, too many to mention. OK NOW THE BAD …… Food … very much catering for the Middle Eastern guests I’m afraid, western style food is pretty much non existent, 4 days I tried to get Poached eggs, once I found the Turkish name for this they told me I couldn’t have them ??!!?. Fist day at breakfast, no milk even though they still had cereals out ??? No bacon, no baked beans, no fried bread, no hash browns and virtually no English spoken by the catering staff either !!, so forget it if your trying to get answers to simple questions. The staff work very hard to be fair and are quite attentive and smile, also polite, catering managers however are a different story, standing next to the food counters on their mobile phones whilst customers are bewildered looking for items, no smiles, no greeting no nothing despite me wishing them a good morning in Turkish !!. Food is very much the same morning noon and night and each day, yes I know it’s difficult to cater for all tastes and come up with new menu’s but at least TRY ! In my own personal opinion the biggest problem with this hotel is the Restaurant & the managers who make the decisions not the day to day staff. Sort the problem and you have a winner.

I spent 3 weeks in Antalya region, 4 nights of which at the end of my holiday I stayed at the Kaktus Boutique Hotel and it was the best part of my trip! This little guest house is magic! Very cute and cosy and the family owners are very sweet and kind, The location has to be the best in Side, 5 minutes walk from the beach where they have an arrangement with one of the beach clubs for free all day comfy sunbeds, and 5 mins from all the most important historic sites. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. I had a double with a balcony overlooking the ocean and to wake up to the sunrise, the sound of the birds singing and the ocean roaring was pure joy! The facilities are basic compared to a larger hotel but somehow that seemed to add to its charm after leaving a large 5 star hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Just renewed, boutique hotel comfort in fair price. Cozy place, awesome international & local food choices, nice atmosphere and great service. Great place for dining after Chimera Yanartaş visit. They have specials out of menu. Also vegan options. Owners know good English. Helpful about everything.
