We stayed in a room on the top floor with a balcony. The view from there is unbeatable. The room is spacious and clean, with two AC units. The staff and the owner are very friendly. There are about 150 steps to climb up to get to the hotel, but the staff will help with the luggage. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit Chefchaouen.

Chefchaouen is a popular tourist destination for the Japanese/Chinese we found. Accommodation I gather is therefore hard to come by. So to get a hotel so close to the central square (restaurants) and road access (cars) is a bonus I think. Our tour stopped here but the standard was lower than all others on the tour. The 'manager/owner' was on speed I think - at breakfast it was crazy/hectic and he was loving every minute of meeting all our needs as far as possible. He then assisted with the incredible overloading of the small van used for getting the cases to the nearest flat coach park, while we walked a distance. You had to see that car go off down the hill, to believe it! So the accommodation was one night and that was ok. Our ground floor room had a few things not working (probably telephone and fridge) and I recall there was no coffee for machine. There was a lot of loose electrical wiring about - especially in the bathroom above the mirror where a temporary bulb had been installed. despite the minimal wires with no outer insulation, there were no exposed bits, but it should not be allowed, even if you are in Morocco. The bathroom was at least a 300mm step up to enter - so in the night, when half asleep, it was easy to fall out onto the normal floor level if you were not aware. So memorable as I say, but for the wrong reasons.

For the price, this place was pretty on point. It's definitely a cheaper option in Chefchaouen, but the location is very convenient and easy to find. Other riads within the labyrinth of the city are more difficult to find, so staying in one off a main street (with street parking!) was nice. The room and bathroom were on the small side, but they were clean so we were fine with that. There didn't appear to be heat (we couldn't find it if there was), but the blankets provided were plenty. Like many places in Morocco, the stairs are narrow and steep, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with that kind of thing. Overall, our stay was nice, service was friendly, and this was a good budget option in Chefchaouen. We'd stay here again if in the area!

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Super belle ville!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable guesthouse. The rooms were spacious and warm (we stayed there in December so heating was a plus!). The breakfast was delicious and more than we could possibly eat and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The inn is on the edge of the Medina and an easy 5 min walk will take you to the centre. Our room had a wonderful view of the town and the waterfall (rapids) below. We would definitely stay here again!

Great small Riad close to the city center and old medina. Very nice owner that speaks bit of English/Spanish. He went really above and beyond to help us with the lodging. He let us choose from the rooms and in the end let us stay in two bedroom suite with kitchen, bathroom & living room for a bargain of a price. He recommended places to eat and what to do around. Definitely recommend to stay here!

we arrive at the morning 9o'clock (20 minutes after booking reservation :)) and we had to wait almost 20 minutes in front of outside doors. But ok, i expect that, i can not blame it for that. It is very, VERY VERY small hotel with almost crazy small rooms. For one night, i can live with that but more than one night ? choose another one. Only positive think is location, almost in the middle of the old town. The hotel staff are two teenagers with average knowledge of english.

On other booking website is named Riad Tetuania, but it doesnt matter - there is no sign outside, just a street number. Very easy to find, in the middle of the souk of Tetouan. Abdul was very helpful. Amazing riad traditionally decorated by zelijj, carpets, traditional clothes on exposition, huge upper terrace, flowers, fantastic view on whole Tetouan Medina. One of the best choices of my whole trip to Morocco this time, and it was my second time in Tetouan. I'll be definitely back to this place, very calm, clean ,quiet and safe.
