Einfach nur schön!
Reviewed By nordicoceanUrlaub im Guesthouse von Nika, bedeutet Urlaub in der Familie! Die Zimmer entsprechen Hotel-Standard mit einem großen Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Das Zimmer ist groß, hat jedoch keinen Schrank, aber Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen ist georgisch einfach Spitze. Es gibt keine Karte und es wird gegessen, was auf den Tisch kommt! - Und das ist GUT! Die Weine kommen vom eigenen Gut und sind schmackhaft. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und es gibt verschiedene Schwierigkeitsstufen und wer "runterkommen will / muss", der kann sich hier erholen. In der Natur, in wundervoller Umgebung, bei einem Glas Wein und einem guten Buch. Hier gilt, nach dem Aufenthalt, dass man gerne zu Freunden wieder zurückkehren wird!

Brilliant jewel in the centre of Gori
Reviewed By neilkJ9007EWThis is a lovely clean and fresh hotel in every way. The staff are fabulous . The hotel is super modern and a delight to stay in . The rooms are light and airy and a lovely balcony (not in all rooms) allowed me to check the weather without even having to step outside of my room. Short walk to the centre of Gori, with super views of the extremely close Gori fortress . Brilliant . Stay there !!

Reviewed By BudgetBucketListcomNukri Gori Yay: - Competitive price on Booking.com, cheapest in Gori. - Nice garden. - Spacious room. - Short tour in the car of the dad was offered. - We were invited to sample home-made wine and brandy, really nice addition. We bought some after. Nay: - There's no sound-proofing. We could hear our neighbours word for word when they were speaking at a normal voice. We couldn't sleep as long as they weren't. When they woke up, we inevitably woke up. - Breakfast was disappointing after reading about big varied traditional Georgian breakfasts in the reviews. Very very basic and not enough. It made us not want to try their dinner, which was also more expensive than in the restaurants. Breakfast was also always later than agreed upon. - Booking.com says it's 500m from the centre, but that's not really true. It's about 2-2.5km away from the tourist attractions. Far from the bus station, but close to the train station. - Kitchen, but no cooking equipment (pans, pots etc). Feels like they want to force you to order dinner. - Toilets outdoors and downstairs. At night, it's not ideal to have to put your shoes on and walk down the stairs in your pyjamas and into the rain and cold just to pee. Makes me wonder how many men peed into the kitchen sink, honestly. - Very loud dog who never stopped barking (needs training) and rooster who went on all day long. - We wanted to wait a bit to leave (in common area), as we couldn't check into the next place yet... But we felt quite unwelcome to do so. There was 1 new guest and they said he needed the space... Even though we were quietly sitting in the common area which we had to share with 5 people before, and the new guest was alone and had a private room also by himself. Seems like the kind hospitality lasts only until the exact paid time and not a second longer.

Reviewed By 838tomaszjThe owners of the hotel and their daughter are very nice. Very good Georgian hospitality ! The hotel is located in the old town in the calm area. Good home made breakfast. The room was clean, warm water, fast internet. I recommend this hotel for the others.

Reviewed By ilya_sapoWe stayed there for one night and it was the best night of our vacation in Georgia. Jaba the owner is amazing man, he showed us his family museum, how he makes his own wine and chacha. We bottled our own wine and chacha. The food is no less than perfect. The music was good not too loud. The view from the villa and the location is the best selling point of it. We'll come again for sure for a longer stay.
