Terrible service
Reviewed By 582zacharygI arrived ten minutes before reception closed and they said I was too late to check in. That is absolutely unfair and when I asked for a refund these two old Korean ladies kept laughing and saying racist remarks in clear English to me! Absolutely disgusting service.

Reviewed By 442sanaaeI loved the fact that the location is perfect for a quite night as well as it’s so closed to Namsan tower for a beautiful walk in morning, Myeongdong for shopping and sightseeing in evening time and many places I can get to in less than 15 mins The guest house is perfectly clean , they have a healthy breakfast as well as a projector where I played my favorite movies at night before heading to sleep. The family are so nice and always there to help me with everything I needed ^_^ I recommend this place for long term and short term stays~~

Cozy and beautiful hotel with great location
Reviewed By xtinendencia15The location is really convenient as it is in the heart of Myeongdong. The design of the hotel is catered to young people and is very hip and beautiful. The smell when you enter the lobby is very nice and fragrant. The room is not big but just right, and sleeps more people than they say (they allot one double bed per person). The common lounge is also very nice, good place to chill and hang out. The service is also really good. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
