Still staying at the hotel. Day one of the checkin the room key does not work after been twice down to the reception area lock not been fixed. Reception staff does not care even acknowledging the issue. Day 2 issue same issue not fixed over all the room and bathroom was so dirty with mould. See photos We have stayed many hotels in camp John bay and this is by far the worse one. Room moved was done by the team but look almost 3 PM to get the room sorted …. Bad service and after requesting multiple times to talk to the manger no response.. The team leader at the desk did her best but bad management who could have come out and acknowledge the issue.

This resort so they say is a 5 star, for my experience, yes nice view, good buffet but what is important is the cleanliness of the rooms. Details of my room reviews: 1. Loose toilet seat ( really loose!) don’t you think before renting this out should be part of the checklist? 2. Towels really looked used, needed to be tossed already! 3. Not so clean bathroom! Staff needed demonstration on what is clean! Surrounding areas: 4. Music playlist by the restaurant and pool, really slow, sound of drums! Should be upbeat sounds because people are on vacation ! 5. Beach area is dirty with waste candy wrappers, bottles, dog poop, with foul smell. Staff were courteous and accommodating . Nice view

Very friendly and accommodating crew. Attends to every concern and need of the customer. You feel safe and secure in the room and in the establishment as a whole. However, they can improve more on their amenities such as more available channels on their TV, larger bath towels, complimentary disposable slippers, etc. Other than that, I recommend Go Hotels Iligan. Kudos!

The 24-hectare coral island, located on the Southeastern tip of Cebu, is home to Bluewater Sumilon. Pristine white sand beaches abound. Its sandbar is known for its changing shapes and shifting locations around the island, depending on the season. There is a natural lagoon teeming with high mangroves. On the south side, a lighthouse rests on a protected tree park and a "Baluarte", a 19th century historical watchtower. It is also home to the Philippines' first marine sanctuary. At Bluewater Sumilon, let the islander's easy-going friendliness shine through and keep the pace low-key enough to let you feel pampered.
This is a beautiful Island. Now we didn't stay at the resort but traveled to the beach on Sumilo Island. I can tell you it's incredible. The waters of the ocean are breathtaking. You catch a small vessel across to the island. Then you have plenty of time to swim and enjoy the beach. Now be careful about the weather and how hot it gets. There is shade close to the beach. But it's limited. Above the beach is places to relax and sit in the shade. Food is allowed but not on the beach. Worth the ride out to discover something new.

In Symbiosis with the Reef. Experience nature and well-being in harmony with the reef, in line with preserving the environment above and under water. That is our goal! A 5* boutique resort? Yes and now, it's Dolphin House! Our bungalows are at a good international 4* level, our aspirations in terms of cuisine, the dive center and Eco-tourism ambitions at minimal impact can be placed at a far superior level. We do not have rooms with sea view... because we do not want to ruin our beach opening. Only the restaurant and the dive centre are located directly by the sea. At the beach front, you will find plenty of loungers and little huts, "Tea Houses", slightly elevated, right in the shade of palm trees and greenery with a stunning view over the ocean.
We stayed here as a family of five and had a great stay! Its a fantastic location right on the beach with an island cottage vibe throughout the hotel. The staff were lovely and always happy to help and arranging transport / tuktuks was super easy. The only thing we struggled with a little was the dinner menu for the kids as our kids are fussy eaters and wont eat certain foods, so we often ordered off the lunch menu for 5pm (cutoff time) or headed into town. But understandable for a small resort the smaller options. Otherwise breakfast was lovely and the Easter bbq dinner was delicious! Thanks so much Rudy and the team, we highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Moalboal. Its defnitley the best on the island!

- The room wasn't ready till 8pm - It's loud inside and outside the hotel - Staff aren't helpfull and sometimes act like they don't understand you and then just moves on to do something else - Aircon broke down and 1 of our suitcased was completely wet due to this issue (and ruined my gfs personal belongings) - Aircon broke down AGAIN and the whole floor was wet and this time I slipped and fell - Rooms were not that clean - Supposed to be a new hotel, but room looked run down (already) - When room service was cleaning the room next to us, 2 staff were just standing in front of the door and talking/laughing very loud.
