I stayed for 2 nights attending a concert nearby. The place was clean and neat, despite the small bathroom. A lot of food places nearby, plus if you walk a bit further there's a big mall to visit. It was walking distance to the concert venue, which was Malawati Stadium.

Was with my family of 5. We decided to give this place a go. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was adequate and working fine. Which was really good. You do not expect it to be like this. And for that, THUMBS UP!. I would definitely return and also recommend this place to my friends and family. No odours, clean and everything was working as it should. Keep it up!

New budget level hotel. Part of local chain. Outstanding value for money. Provides bare essentials but is clean and quite functional. Offering soft launch special rates. No F&B service in the hotel but plenty nearby.

We were visiting a university in Sunway and this hotel was 800 metres southerly from that location. It was possible to walk to the University via two malls and an overpass, easier to take a grab car or drive there (though we managed to go over the tollway three times when doing so which the grab car managed to avoid). There was parking out front and a convenience store across the road which opens from 7 to late and has batteries, snacks and drinks. There are some malls across the road for more shopping. The hotel accepted our last minute reservation and communicated promptly. We turned up slightly early and were able to check-in. We were welcomed with a cool fruit drink. I liked the decor, which was modern and a little quirky and also very clean. The hotel has an elevator (just requiring 4 steps up to it). We took the basic small queen room without windows with a comfortable queen-sized bed, small flat screen tv, two accessible power points for charging and good wifi. The bathroom was modern with towels and toiletries supplied. It has no separate shower enclosure so the bathroom can get a little wet. The air conditioning was excellent. There were irons and ironing boards available in the corridor as well as cold filtered water dispensers. While we chose the cheapest, smallest room without windows, which was very good value, you could also have paid a little more and to get slightly larger rooms or rooms with windows. I noticed that they also have disability access rooms. This place was really good value and was the best cheaper-end hotel we stayed at in our trip to Malaysia.

The hotel is very comfortable and located in a convenient place. The staffs are very friendly. The room is considered quite big. I will definitely come again to this hotel if I'm in the area. Overall, the hotel is very much recommended to stay as it is cheap and very satisfying to stay.

Best View Hotel is a budget hotel and boast to be Malaysia's premier budget hotel. Best View Hotel is an ideal lodging option for travellers, business and leisure stays. Our hotel offers quality service and convenient access to many city attractions. We are expanding and will have more branches soon. The room rate is reasonable and equiped with amenities include the WiFi, LCD TV and secure electronic lock system.
Claimed it's a boutique hotel but infact budgeted! Their beds are so itchy, wall electrical sockets faulty, tv is bad, aircond not cold, curtains too light, & had the audicity to off our wifi access before checkout at 12pm. Do not book here if you have other options!

My lovely wife and I spent two nights here when visiting Ipoh. It's more like staying in an Airbnb than in a guesthouse as the lack of a front desk and the self check in & check out process means you're unlikely to see any staff members. The owner is, however, contactable by text so there's someone available if you need them but don't expect much in the way of personal service. We stayed in a superior queen room. It was basic but fairly comfortable. No windows. No TV. Not much in the way of furniture. I guess you could call it minimalist. But the air conditioning worked well and the shower was pretty hot. The bed was very low level which could be a problem if you're old or infirm but we found it very comfy. Some reviewers have mentioned traffic noise but we didn't hear any, perhaps because we had an internal room. The lounge area is also pretty basic. The artworks liven it up a bit but it remains fairly austere. OK if you want a quick cup of coffee or some toast to start the day but not somewhere that's nice to kick back and relax in. All in all an OK place to stay and not bad value at RM75 per night. I wouldn't particularly recommend it but if you're looking for budget accommodation you could do much worse.
