Pleasant stay and helpful staff
Reviewed By JooleneStayed with Malang city boulevard from 14-16 Apr. Would say my experience exceeded the price paid and would stay with them again. My room and common area are clean and bed was comfortable. Location is walking distance to Malang City Point Mall. Flat screen television, open space wardrobe, table/chair and good space to move around the room. Shower room needs a bit of maintenance but serves its function. There were free flow of tea, water, coffee, chocolate waffles and some spicy corn snack. Staff were great and very helpful. I had some issue registering the local SIM card and staff went the extra mile to help.

Reviewed By OnWordTravel2017We booked a standard room and changed to a deluxe room after comlaint. We had a look to several rooms and all had wet air and problems with mould (some are fresh painted, but the problem is still there!). The rooms have just very small windows and no permanent ventilation, thus moisture can't go out. The houskeeping clean every day, but not detailed! It was not clean afterwards... The reception is on the ground level in the car park and the receptionists helped us very well with motorbike rent for our trip to Bromo. The staff is friendly and endeavor. The location is ok, but nothing around. You can walk 10 min. to a mall. If you arrive at the train station, take the ADL-blue Minibus (4.000 Rp) or walk some meters and take a taxi for around 20.000Rp.

Reviewed By AnaRocha2014Very disappointing. Not recommended We arrived around 20.00 tired after a long day of travel. From the bus station it was 12km so we had to pay for a taxi to take us there ( that was quite expensive) when we arrived they said that they didn’t have any double rooms available (the ones we booked) just 2 bunk beds!!! The price would be the same... ( they also offered to give us the money back but at that time in the night far away from the city we didn’t have where to go plus would be even more expensive to pick up another taxi) We booked an independent accommodation (deluxe double room) WE GOT 2 bunk beds in a ‘room’ without a door, privacy, or isolation. It was noisy, cold and very bright because part the ‘walls’ was made of translucent plastic panels. Not acceptable, if I wanted to stay in a bunk bed with this conditions I would book it myself for a much lower price and in the city center. Choose another place to stay. Not reliable!!

Reviewed By besslogisticssaya menginap disini desember 2018...lokasi di jalan sempit..model depan seperti rumah/kamar seperti kost mahasiswa..kamar kotor, tmpat tidur berbunyi, tdk ada air hangat, receptionnya cantik tapi agak judes dan super sibuk sendiri sambil tlpon an...karyawannya tidak pernah tersenyum

Reviewed By ErdisoviaFound this hotel thru booking.com and interested with the price and location itself in the centre of Malang. Easy to find resto, souvenir shops etc. Bed was big and very comfy. Toilet also very clean. I got very good sleep with a very good price. The Lobby hotel also functionalized as travel agent office. worth with price. recommended.
