Reviewed By alexo273The hotel is located out of the way but still near if you have a car or by taxi. You may have a big problem finding food, as there very limited f&b around. Parking is free and there a, guard on duty at night. The room is great, clean, aircon is great. The noise from nearby pub and disco is terrible. It will disturb your zzzzzz. Overall is still a good hotel for the price.

A basic hotel, suitable for those who just need rest before heading to Tioman Island
Reviewed By af100818A super basic budget hotel that’s suitable for just catching some Zs. The rooms are small but decently clean. Had a number of insects in my room. Don’t expect luxury. The only major turnoff is the noise. You can literally hear your neighbours’ shower running, every squeak of their bed, item falling on the floor, door opening and closing. And when I say neighbour I mean everybody on your floor. Sometimes the cars on the road are pretty loud too. If you’re a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. Steep staircase, no lifts/elevators. No complimentary water. Aside from that, hotel offers free transport to and from Mersing jetty for those going to Tioman which is very convenient. Overnight parking is RM8/day compared to RM15/day at the jetty so it’s quite worth it.

Reviewed By trip_me_rdEnjoyed my stay in this 1 bedroom no frills unit. It was clean and offered the basic necessities. I would recommend this to future visitors who are looking for a BnB unit. Waster filters could be provided in the unit along with Tea and Coffee Making facilities.

Nearest Decent Hotel to Toppan
Reviewed By 934vincentyIf you're looking for a 2D1N trip to eat, shop and shop, it may be worth your time to look at this hotel. Super basic btlut generally new and staff speaks english. There's a kitchen with warm water but rooms come without any toiletries except for the bath gel in a bottle. Corridors are brightly lit but walls are super thin so if you're a light sleeper, good luck. Overall I think it's fine for 1 night and within walking distance to Toppan Shopping Mall and Aeon Terbau.

Reviewed By KT_BOYCame across this place when I was surfing the internet for places to go on the long National Day weekend in Malaysia. Our group of 6 adults & 2 children stayed for a night and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Their package is all inclusive which includes afternoon tea, dinner, supper, breakfast, fruit orchard tour, fruit platter & rubber tapping experience. It was our first experience tapping rubber and all were excited. They also have outdoor karaoke, board games, pool table, sky lantern at night. The residential building is located on a small hill which offered great views of the oil palm plantation with splendid views of the sunrise and sunset.

Great homestay
Reviewed By Shafaet AWe stayed at this place to get a taste of local homestay in Malaysia and we were not disappointed. This place feels like a village home. It's located slightly outside the city, you can easily find a grab to reach. Apart from the room, you can utilize other facilities like a massage chair, kitchen, washing machine, arcade game. The owner is very friendly and will go extra miles to make you happy. He knows where to find the best local foods, ask him for suggestions. Will come back someday again. One advice, contact the owner to confirm your arrival time, especially if you arrive late. As it's a pure homestay, there are not many staffs.

Beware: Scam accommodation
Reviewed By michellegluI booked this accommodation and 2 days before the departure, I was informed that I cannot stay there due to apartment defect. They offered to replace to stay at KSL with the same price (much further and got to take cab). But I can’t deposit my luggage after check out. In the end, I got to do last min booking into Amari hotel (excellent hotel) at a much higher price. To my horror, my Cousin who booked holi suasana had the same encounter yesterday when she booked it for this coming weekend for family trip. Same reason given and she got to do last min booking of other accommodation cos they offered a 5km away accommodation. I suspect that it’s a scam tactic to get consumers to pay more for a far distance accommodation they owned. Don’t fall into their trap!
