Reviewed By Adam-230bVery friendly staff, super clean and great food. I was there for one week and I got to enjoy the gym and also the beautiful pool, the room was great and the hotel in only 5 minutes away from the airport.

Not a hotel!
Reviewed By sadTabrizYou can’t call it a hotel at all… It looks like to be built almost 30 years ago without any renewals or maintenance. I cannot say it was not clean but as it was so old, the cleanness was not obvious! We had a triple room, instead of which they had given a very big room with 4 beds but… it was disgusting. Everywhere was so dusty, and when I asked them to dust the room by body language, as they didn’t speak English or any of other 4 languages I knew!!! , the staff had given the dust cloth to us!!!! The location was just opposite the north terminal... so noisy and dirty! The bathroom was a disaster! They had even forgotten to give any towels! You could see the way via which the water flew from the sink to sewer!!! The breakfast was the continuation of the disappointment! It was like the buffet restaurant was closed!... there was just one person preparing and serving breakfast which was only, butter, cheese, honey, bread, tea and boiled egg. The man was smiling, nice person, but… My son was very excited to have juice as he is used to have in other hotels, but he was disappointed! And to be added to all these disastrous things was the price! It was not even cheaper than the other hotels. We just escaped after one night of stay!

Money for nothing
Reviewed By gijoollThis is a five stars hotel with no service and you can compare it to a 2 stars. Nights are crowded with many wedding parties and gives you very unsafe feeling. Reception staffs are very unprofessional.

Very bad experience
Reviewed By 2020Simsal62I visited the city and I stayed for 4 days in this hotel. The service was very bad. The floor, the sheets and the pillows were dirty. We asked for changing the bed sheets and the pillow cases but the hotel did not respond. I do not recommend it for anyone

Reviewed By gogtayShabani hotel is located in an excellent location to many restaurants and shops. Staffs are friendly and approachable.. Breakfast is included too! Rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is spacious to allow guests to sit and wait for their friends.
