A one-night stay turned into a 4-night stay due to a positive covid test. This is a standard hotel that is modern and comfortable, but is nothing special except for it's very close proximity to Terminal 2. From the Arrival level of Terminal 2 it's about a 100 yard walk through the car park (follow the signs on the polls for the hotel). The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. There is a small convenience store near the front desk that has beverages, sandwiches, and snacks. The restaurant offers a full or continental breakfast buffet which is good. The restaurant also offers dinner and room service but the menu is slightly limited. For those who are using Terminal 3 the walk to Terminal 3 is 10-15 minutes on level minus 1 and there are 4 moving sidewalks to assist your journey.

I stayed here for about a week for a business conference. The room I was in seemed to not be as updated as my colleagues, and originally I had some issues with my room. After meeting Lord, basically all my issues went away. In addition to this, I saw this guy grinding hard from literally 6:30am to midnight - the tea must hit different here. 5 stars just because I've never seen anyone work as hard as Lord and his team (sandeep, etc). This hotel is very lucky to have him. I'd stay here again, and the espresso machines during breakfast were A+

An excellent place to stay walking into the place it smells lovely it shines everywhere it is so clean a great start. The guy who checked us in very nice and polite giving information where to go to in the town. It has a large car park with secured gates which is a big bonus for London. The room Was quite small but OK for one night anymore night a bigger room would be better. The complimentary Water coffee extra was all good, a nice big bed and lovey shower room And toilet. I will defiantly return here it’s a great find in London near Heathrow Airport. I rate as fantastic ??

The Hotel is a family run business, The building is a splendid example of late 17th century domestic architecture. The building is Grade II listed and has been converted into a small 14 bed hotel. A number of the rooms have the main features but have also been modernised a little. All rooms are spacious and have there own individual character.
We started with a self check in, which began with a text message with all the information needed. Once in the room we were checked on via text which I liked. The room was beautiful, old wooden beams, spacious, a lovely bed, storage for clothes and a warm bathroom. Only criticism would be that there could be more milk and sugars available as we only had one tea each and there was more available with coffees but only enough sugar and tea for one. Location was great, right in the middle of restaurants, pubs.. But my favourite was the building itself. We stayed in room 7 which felt particularly privet, a great getaway for a couple.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions, the rooms are modern and extremely clean, staff are extremely friendly, service is excellent and it's nice and quiet. Great access to local restaurants and easy access to central London. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Absolutely depressing accommodation. Not at all how it looks online. I wish they wold make it clear that it is a busy PUB, it says Inn, but makes it look like it is a quiet little restaurant - no. I arrived at 6pm and sat in my room surrounded by noise like I was actually in the pub itself. So loud, shouting, a sound system, loud talking. Just made me feel utterly depressed, it was a little intimidating tbh TV didnt work, lampshade had a stain on it, kettle was full of limescale, just everything is tired. I felt really uncomfortable generally like I was in someone's house an left to my own devices. My Lock on the door was coming off and so getting the key in and to unlock took effort. I decided I couldnt actually stay there I felt that uncomfy, felt very upset at the noise, and I went home to Kent, which ruined my plans to see a gig at Shepherds Bush. A big waste of money. Avoid if you want to sleep somewhere that is nice and calm or you want to feel welcomed.

Wish I had read the reviews first , not a hotel not a guest house contractors budget accommodation at best . My Wife took one look and walked out. Dirty room huge gap under door . Poor access 15 quid taxi ride from Hatton tube station. We booked into the Ibis. I text owner and they said rooms were checked daily , must have a blind cleaner .Not the way to start your holiday . I also noted the lack of fire alarm, and fire doors . In Wales this place would be shut down .

We stayed here for an England Euro 2020 game. When we arrived at 5pm after a long train journey, there was no one around, it took repeated loud knocks on the door to get in, to be left alone in a reception. After reading a poster on the wall we rang the manager who informed us he would be there in 20mins. 40 mins later he arrived to then inform us that the room wasn't ready (4 hours after the check in time) and gave us cash to go across the road for a drink. Once we were finally allowed in the room, it was clean and tidy. We stayed in room 6 at the front of the hotel. The smell coming from the bathroom was horrific, we had to keep the door closed at all times and refused to use the shower. Definitely not worth the money we paid.
