We offer cozy rooms equipped with one double or two single beds, flat screen TV, wardrobe and carpeting on the floor. Each room has its own bathroom. Our family suits can accommodate up to 4 persons +2 children on baby cots. Our family rooms can accommodate 2 adult +1 kid on baby cot+1 adult/child in a separate room. The breakfast is included in the price. On request we can serve home made food for lunch and dinner (additional price). Large dining room and kitchen to be used by the guests. There are small stores and restaurants nearby. The skiers can use the ski-runs above Dobrinishte and the ones above Bansko, just 6 km away. During the summer Dobrinishte offers mineral pools and great biking and hiking tracks.

Reviewed By stefantashevWe will definitely revisit. The place is clean and cozy, the hosts already friendly, price is great, one of the best places in the area we have visited. Highly recommended. There is a very cozy living area that we used for the evenings with a big fireplace.

The rooms are very clean, the bed was more comfortable than my own really. The breakfasts and the coffee were really delicious.

One night to rest
Reviewed By pojeriWe stopped at this hotel on the way to Greece, it is all you need to rest. It is super location, cleanliness, friendly staff, very good price, welcoming restaurant and good food, only if you are too picky breakfast is not very varied but we didn't mind, we found to serve something, another plus, if you leave before breakfast time I'll make you a package.

Apartment Tourist Complex & SPA Astera Bansko is situated at the foot of the beautiful Pirin Mountains, only 200 m away from the first Bansko ski lift station. The complex is designed in typical Bansko style and it offers spacious, single, fully furnished double rooms and apartments with a wonderful view to the mountain.
Disappointing
Reviewed By MBMANCThis is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Astera Bansko, we returned this year as the location is great and every other year we have had a really nice time. Sadly, this year the hotel was let down by their Dinner supervisor who was to say the least "militant" in his approach to our party. Despite the fact that they make you pay for drinks during dinner, we had taken our own water bottles into the dining hall on several occasions during the week and not faced any hostility. However, on one evening the supervisor took severe umbrage to this and forcibly removed our water bottles and threatened to throw us out of the restaurant. The water bottles were filled with the hotels own water and one would assume water was a human right, clearly not in the Astera Bansko! The following evening the same supervisor was rude and confrontational to our party and it really spoiled the last few days of the trip. I would suggest better conflict management training for their staff.

The village is surrounded by mountains, beautiful views. I will gladly recomanded and if I ever had the oportunity to go there for sure I will go to Guest House Holiday in Melnik.

The perfect place for a country vacation

Beautiful designed as a traditional bulgarian house with a walled inner garden, wood furnitures, wooden floors, soft rugs, and lovely decorations - every detail was chosen with care and good taste. The room and common areas are comfortable and cozy. There are few sitting areas inside the house and outside on the beautiful garden all designed to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. Different kinds of blankets and pillows are scattered around for our use, hammocks are hanged on the garden. The place is spotlessly clean and shiny including the bathroom which looks as if it was installed yesterday. Above all, our hostess was super nice and attentive, always ready to serve us tea or coffee, preparing delicious breakfasts, each day a different menu, ready to fulfill our special needs (gluten free). She made sure there are fresh flowers and new clean tablecloths every day, and all with a warm smile and patience. The village itself is beautiful and well preserved. The restaurant were we had our dinners was very good. The surounding is breath taking and includes some options of day hiking trips (water falls, woods, old church), although we felt like we could just stay in our cozy guesthouse and relax all day long. If you are looking for a quiet vacation in nature - this is the place.

Reviewed By Sophia-DmytrenkoWe stayed in this Hotel for 5-6 nights and it was amazing New Year I've ever had. Staff is very-very friendly because this hotel is a family business. Every morning the lady cooked breakfast only for us. It was tasty, fresh and like at home. We lived in 3room apartment with all facilites includin fire-place and a kitchen so we could cook on our own. Moreover, we could try sauna in the hotel. We payed about 2 euro per person and stayed there for few hours. Yes, the hotel is a little far from the main Ski and Rent Place. But we had a transfer every day for FREE, so we didn't feel any discomfort. I advice this hotel to all trevellers and all my friends. Thank you for a good New Year!
