Baguio, perched high in the Cordillera Central Mountains, is a great place to escape the heat of the Philippine lowlands. Camp John Hay, originally built as a recreation area for U.S. soldiers, now is a full-fledged resort complete with a world-class golf course. Definitely stop at the city market, where you can buy almost anything (just be prepared to haggle).

Still staying at the hotel. Day one of the checkin the room key does not work after been twice down to the reception area lock not been fixed. Reception staff does not care even acknowledging the issue. Day 2 issue same issue not fixed over all the room and bathroom was so dirty with mould. See photos We have stayed many hotels in camp John bay and this is by far the worse one. Room moved was done by the team but look almost 3 PM to get the room sorted …. Bad service and after requesting multiple times to talk to the manger no response.. The team leader at the desk did her best but bad management who could have come out and acknowledge the issue.

Experience a comfortable and vibrant lifestyle at Arc. Enjoy spacious units designed for smart living, serenity offered by pine tree-rich surrounding, convenience of boutique shops at your doorsteps and a cosy atmosphere inviting people of all age to relax, socialise and have fun.
We booked arc since we wanted a place away from the center and near loakan road as our maim intent for visiting baguio was to hike up Mt. Ulap. Rooms were very simple. And the hotel was being operated at a minimum. Nonetheless the place was very clean and there were lots of pine trees around the premises giving you a more close to nature feel. Decently priced no frills option.

We booked two rooms and stayed with my family. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The staffs are attentive, but it seems than they are very few as we see same faces all throughout our stay. The location is few minutes drive to nearby parks, market and malls. The price is quite cheap for the room amenities. The downside is their food as they have very limited choices.

This is cozy and good for small budget baguio trips. For 300+ per day, from 12 pm to 11am, you can enjoy sleeping and resting with the baguio cold weather. Free of coffee and cr's along beneath the stairs. Much appreciated

The entire house has 4 levels, with 2 huge rooms with 4 beds good for 7 people. They have bathrooms in each floor. I love that it has a kitchen where you can cook, dine and bond together. It also has a nice view of the pine trees and a garage to park your car. Wifi is also fast in the kitchen area. It's pretty secured too. Stores are kind of far and they do not have a cafe or restaurant, so you might want to bring food. Beds are so comfortable. All in all, it's a perfect place to stay if you are travelling in a group of 7 or less.

This is a review of the customer service of a property management company called North Stayz. It seems to be managed by a certain Pelipe "Philip" Dwenias. They're currently listed on Agoda. And since I use that platform for local and overseas travels, I used it to book this Baguio City property. Today, I received an email telling me to cancel because I didn't confirm my booking. When I asked Philip for the date of his confirmation request email, what was there to confirm, and the confirmation due date, he couldn't give me the details. He was just insisting that I didn't confirm whatever it was that they wanted me to confirm. I booked on Agoda. The guests should receive the booking confirmation, not the other way around. If the property has additional requirements, they should state them clearly. Don't make the guests do the guesswork for you. Anyway, Philip wanted me to cancel because he had given my reservation to someone else. They double-booked the property! He had done so without even reaching out to me and communicating whatever the hell he needed me to do. He was so close-minded when I tried asking for proof of the "confirmation request email" he sent me. Just avoid the headache dealing with Philip and his business altogether.

There seems to be two parts of the hotel. The original and the new or "extension". We stayed in the "new". Don't know really because everything looked quite dated to me. The selling point is location and price. Shower was warm but barely powerful. Bed was OK. Location is excellent near SM and Session Road. Check in was flawless. Parking available. Breakfast was not for me. Half of the 6 local choices were unavailable. There are noodles for sale and coffee is free. Overall a recommended hotel for budget minded guests.
