Had a good short stay at Coral View recently. There are many small places to stay strung out along the road from Amed and CV is one of them. You definitely need transport to stay there as the "town" itself is a distance away. The small cottages are very adequate and I particularly liked the large semi exterior bathroom which includes a large tub. Water was hot after it ran a few minutes and the room was clean. Swimming/snorkelling is very close nearby as is the black sand fishermans' beach. Nice pool and grounds. Breakfast was simple but fine.

Julianni and her staff were very friendly and helpful, helping to find scooters for us to use for our time in Amed, tips on the area and great to chat with. The rooms were clean and nice and the view from our rooms overlooking the rice paddies, mountains and volcano was outstanding. From the rooftop there was a view of the ocean also and great views of sunrise and sunset over the spectacular vistas.Their dog 'Doggy ' was also very welcoming and came to visit us all the time. Location was a couple of kms from the main Amed stretch so best to have scooter for flexibility or a driver. Meals at Tanaya were delicious.

We stayed here for 2 night s and enjoyed it so much. We got a nice room with Seaview. The staff was incredibly friendly and everything very clean. There is a very calm atmosphere and nice room to meet other travelers. Considering the price a very good value, definitely recommend to anybody! Thank you!!

· Star East Bungalows are close enough to Jemeluk Bay —we had a motor scooter. The price was lower than other places because it is a bit farther from the bay. Due to it being ‘removed,’ the area is more quiet. If you pay online, before arriving, make sure you have a foto copy ! · The whole property was rather run-down, in age and overall maintenance. In the morning, there was no staff to be found, to ask about water, for example... we did finally find a cleaning person to ask.

Safe and Comfortable dive in Amed BaliDivers Cafe Hotel in Amed is a Dive -Center, that offers the highest quality and safety standards in diving to its divers. Because we use use good quality diving equipment and all our dive masters are PADI certified and ADS International certified.
I walked 20 minutes or so from Amed, where I’m staying, to Jemeluk looking for lunch and a place to park my stuff while I snorkeled. This place was perfect. I ate a scrumptious fried rice and satay, parked my gear with the friendly staff and hit the water. The snorkeling is ok - not great or fantastic- and then showered (permission earlier granted) and hit the heavily chlorinated pool. My belongings were undisturbed. Mission accomplished. What it’s like to stay here, I have no idea. And during my afternoon visit, there were many satisfied looking divers, so I guess it’s a pretty good place for that.
