we arrived late at night so check in was not as bad as some other reviews on here, but he said because it was late to come back to reception tomorrow to be told anything we need to know, gave us our wristbands and sent us on our way. You get a buggy to your room and that was funny as it ran out of battery half way up the hill. Rooms were lovely, double bed (2 singles pushed together) then bunk beds in separate room and 2 small bathrooms with showers, was so disappointed in the cleanliness, the cleaners come in and just made the beds, the floors were never cleaned, every time we came in from the day to get ready for evening our feet were black as soon as we got out the shower, had to put flip flops on straight away, I ended up cleaning the floor with baby wipes. Breakfast is okay, but lunch and dinner are absolutely disgusting, My children and I hardly ate anything the whole week, and the fly's are everywhere, I mean you grab a bit of ham and 5 fly's fly off, when eating dinner you are constantly hitting them away something needs to be done to try and control this. Entertainment is crap!!! and all in Spanish! queues to get drinks are about 20 minutes long all night every night, even during the day around the pool and water park! Swimming pool is far too small we went to the water park every day which is amazing just 1 little down side is the amount of schools that go in there, the children push all the little children out the lines for the little slides and no teachers supervise them, but don't waste your holiday by staying at the hotel pool. Zoo is good. The on site shuttles are so good, drivers always wait for you and make sure you don't get left, they are all so polite and lovely to the children. My 2 boys made friends and wanted a photo with them all, myself and my husband told them to jump on the buggy that was parked up, the were sitting in it just about to have a photo and a young man who worked there came round the corner and shouted at them asking what they think they were doing and to get off, as he drove off he was shaking he's head muttering something in Spanish, the weren't doing anything wrong!

Arrived home from here yesterday and here’s my honest review… Lovely hotel rooms the best beds , the breakfast I couldn’t fault but the balcony let it down , soo tiny.. also the pool area was small and not in the sun for much of the day ..that’s it in a nutshell

A Convention Centre with 6,000 m2 of flexible space, divided into 17 meeting rooms to meet every requirement in relation to conferences and large events.
We have just returned from a 3 night break and I must say the hotel was lovely. The staff were polite and friendly but front of house staff not very forthcoming with information. We weren’t informed that all the restaurants were closed on a weekend in the hotel and we had to eat in the Level. One day the hotel receptionist booked our taxi into the old town, the next day they said that they don’t and we had to do it for ourselves. There was no complimentary water in our rooms , what 4 star plus hotel does this now ? No coffee making facilities in a Junior suite either. Our checkout was 6:30 and there was nowhere for an early coffee or bite to eat . The breakfast was the best meal albeit a little cool along with dinner too. Our junior suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely book bed and breakfast, eat out for a better standard of food. The place is a little tired but they are working on it , to be expected after the last 2 years. Please provide water in the rooms rather than the 3.50 euros you charge for 30cl bottles from the mini bar ! And coffee ! Checking out guests should be able to have a coffee in the morning! Overall, relaxing, tranquil and a beautiful setting.. would have been better with water and COFFEE!

The Dénia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa Is 10 Min. Drive From Dénia And Jávea, On The Costa Blanca, Adjacent To One Of The Best Golf Courses In The Region. Our Commitment Is To Provide You With A Memorable Experience And Excellent Service.
We have stayed at the Marriott many times over the past 10-12 years and it has always been a pleasure to stay here. In 2019 the hotel had had a make-over whereby the rooms, the lobby and the restaurant have been modernised making sure the hotel would meet the new standards. This stay was probably the best of all the stays in the Marriott. The staff is excelent, the rooms are big and offer all the confort you could wish for. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back (again).

We would highly recommend this hotel. The location was peaceful but still only 10 minutes by car to the busy Benidorm resort. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious. The staff were amazing, fantastic service in all areas of the hotel.

The privileged location of Hotel Neptuno makes it a beach hotel and in-town hotel rolled into one. Located on the beachfront of Valencia, next to the port, facing what is the American’s cup regatta course, the NEPTUNO is minutes away from the historic city centre, the city of Sciences museum, the Oceanographic Park and the city’s major cultural and business centres. The hotel has parking places next to the hotel, four meeting rooms, each sub dividable, a TV lounge, a lobby bar and a seafront terrace bar.
Although we didn’t have the pleasure of staying in this hotel as we were just visiting for the day, I can truthfully say I intend to. Our reason for stopping here was for lunch. We were seated just inside the restaurant but by the open front . Perfect table to enjoy the breeze and people watch. The staff that greeted us were lovely and made us immediately feel welcome. Our drinks order was taken and served very quickly. Very slowly the restaurant filled up, but at no time did we feel neglected as ever so often we were approached and asked if we needed anything. Our lunch was beautifully cooked and presented. Perfectly cooked and very tasty. Because of the ideal location it was lovely to just sit there and watch the day go by. At no time did we feel rushed, but simply enjoyed the establishment. Our waiter Carlos was lovely, although his English was limited ( being a non Spanish speaker myself) he did himself proud. In fact all the staff were extremely friendly making it a wonderful place to dine . We have since looked into staying at this hotel in the near future, and although some reviews have given a not so great review due to location, this doesn’t bother us. To stay in a beautiful hotel with friendly caring staff, I’d be happy to sleep with earphones on ??.

The establishment has 105 outward facing rooms, all with free Wi-Fi connection, flat-screen plasma TV, air conditioning, mini-bar and the comforts provided by the most modern accommodation. There are rooms for people with limited mobility, who can access the hotel via a convenient ramp. The establishment also has four fully-equipped meeting rooms, where meetings, conventions and events are held every day.
Having spent 2 nights there 6th & 7th June, we were very disappointed with the facilities advertised, such as pool, bar, restaurant etc - only to find that the bar was NOT available until 7.30pm until midnight (very short hours!), the pool was not open until 10am and shut again at 7pm - and worse: was closed altogetehr on our final day there, so could not use it at all. The day before the pool was a green colour and very cloudy - making people suspicious about using it. The breakfast room was a temporary set up with guests split across 2 rooms and drinks only available in one - and the hot food was luke warm at best! To add to the problems there was drilling going on after we arrived until 7pm at night, so an afternoon nap was out of the question! Frankly, we had no idea why this place merited a 4 star rating?!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless. Beds comfortable. Powerful hot shower. Plenty of fluffy towels. Breakfast good. Bar staff very friendly and reasonably priced. Air Conditioning was the quietest of any hotel I've stayed in. Rooms quiet Positioning of the hotel good with a 20-30mins walk to the beach Will return if ever back in Valencia
