We spent three nights at this beautiful hotel in May. The hotel is grand in every way - especially the impeccable service. We had a bit of an issue with our room - and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special mention to Bikendi Arbaizagoitia for everything he did in making it a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend!

My family had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel has a breathtaking view of the sea, very good breakfast and an outstanding, friendly and helpful staff. I cannot say enough good things about the staff! The location is just outside the center of the city, which makes the area very quiet. Public transportation (bus) can be taken in front of the hotel, even though we used taxi to move around town.

A wonderful hotel in the best location close to the old town tapas bars. A warm welcome from the friendly staff, expert advice and always happy to go that extra mile. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was cleaned daily and cannot fault the service given. I can't imagine a better place to stay in this beautiful city, we had a room with a Seaview. Look forward to our return visit.

iturregi is a small luxury hotel located in Getaria, a beautiful village from the Basque Country.Surrounded by Txakoli vineyards and with a spectacular view of the coast and Getaria's lighthouse; built over the ruins of an old farmhouse, Iturregi offers a space for peace and tranquility.Every detail has been carefully prepared with special interest, offering our clients spacious rooms, plenty of natural light and wonderful views.A very special place to rest, relax and enjoy the silence.
We spent two wonderful nights at this beautiful hotel with business colleagues. The room was fabulous with every amenity one would expect from a boutique hotel. The grounds were lovely and the views to the sea were amazing. This is a restful place to stay, with some delightful areas to sit in quiet contemplation, perhaps with a good book. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and I would love to return for a longer stay.

i needed a Hotel which was close to the town centre and the Amara Plaza fitted the need. Checkin was easy ans quick, the room was a nice size and very clean and well equipped. The hotel has a bar and Restuarant which offer a selection of meals to suite everyone, the menu changes each week so i understand, the food and drink are reasonably priced. I dined in the Resturant one night and had Chicken strips to start with a Pork cheek as a main, the quality is very good. i had a good nights sleep and breakfast was a big affair with alot on offer and all good quality. I enjoyed my stay and would consider again if in the area.

An everlasting style, remaining throughout time. Its privileged location, right at the La Concha bay, turns the Hotel into an incomparable site. Its decoration creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Lamps, furniture, pictures. Everything is designed to supply comfort.
Arrived there by Car .. theres no way to park outside to unload luggage .. after parking far away and a long walk back to the hotel the staff told me theres a parking bay oposite but it was blocked with parking cars ... so theres no possibility to Park shortly .., We booked a Sea view Room and now comes the only Positive thing: The View was really fantastic Sadly the Room was dirty in the corners ... hairs on the floor , urin marks on the toiletseat .. back to the reception for a complain ( friendly spoken just reporting the facts ) the female receptionist freaked out , she starts really screaming to us , talked racistic to my girlfriend ... foreigners especially from east europe all dumb etc , she told us that we are used the toilet already thats why it has marks and that we are to blind to find the ( blocked) parking bay . We decided to go and check out after 15 min as we dont wonna stay in a place like that not longer. We booked trough Booking.com and she told me they will charge us the Night full ( trough booking they had my cc details ) after i complained bout that ( still spoke friendly )she faked a manager telephone call and told us they will not charge us any money but we should get the f... out ... My Girlfriend was in Tears at this time as we planed a wonderful stayover in san sebastian and we want to discover the beautiful town , but it was august and all city hotels were fully booked ... we decided drove to france where we luckily found a nice friendly place . Days later i found out that Hotel Niza charged my cc card with full amount .. ( seems to be an ongoin scam from them as i can read here in other reviews) I am curious how the Management will Reply on my Post . I never been treaten somewhere before and after in my life like that . We are friendly People and expected in a Hotel in Basque Country some Hygienic Standards and some Friendlyness . I also informed the San Sebastian Tourism Association about this Case and hope that the Receptionist recieve professional Help from a Psychiatrist

Small Hotel set in renovated XVth century stone walls. Located inside the village old town, with best Views to the sea.
On arrival we got a very enthusiastic welcome from our host. The location in the old town was great for evening meals and socialising. We were also close to the Zarautz walk and the bus stop which took us Zumaia and facilitated another lovely walk. The room was very comfortable but the sea views from the room made it even more wonderful.
