If you are looking for diversity, you will certainly find it in New Hampshire. From lakes to beaches, waterfalls to woods and mountains to sea coast, the state has huge potential for outdoor vacations, including downhill or cross-country skiing in winter. With no less than seventy-five state parks that offer natural areas, hiking trails, beaches and historic sites, New Hampshire caters for a variety of tastes. Crawford Notch State Park in Harts Location has picturesque waterfalls, wonderful mountain views and opportunities for viewing wildlife. You can go hiking and fishing there as well as pay a visit to the historic Willey House. Monadnock State Park, unlike some other state parks, is open all year round for hiking. Want to go swimming? You will find five state park beaches along the coast of New Hampshire, such as Wallis Sands with its view of the rocky Isles of Shoals. On North Hampton State Beach and Jenness Beach you can have a picnic as well as a swim. When you've finally had your fill of fresh air, head for the Museum of New Hampshire History in Concord with exhibits focusing on heritage and traditions; children should enjoy them just as much as adults.

We took a quick girls trip and stayed for 2 nights in the North Conway suite. It was great! The room was big enough for the three of us to stay comfortably without tripping over each other. The beds were so comfy. The staff are great, the breakfasts were plentiful and hot and the coffee delicious. We will be back again.

We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant and we were lucky enough to have Erin R. As our server. She was incredibly polite and helpful. Even after I ordered all but one of the desserts options. She even presented it to me as a tasting menu haha.

My wife and I started our weekend early on Saturday. Check in was easy. It took a few minutes for the elevator to become available since we arrived at peak check in time. We had dinner at Harvest and the food pretty good. Sunday we went to the axe throwing contest and I won second place ! We went hiking, rode our bikes, played disc golf, and visited the farm. My wife enjoyed her appointment at the spa. Now she wants to take our kids and her best friend and her son again to the Mountain View Grand. Staff was very friendly. I never heard of this place until a few months ago until our neighbors recommended the resort, It is a great get away for the weekend and a great place to for couples and families,

RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain is a grand new destination experience in the Basecamp of the White Mountains in Lincoln, NH. This new luxury resort hotel is located at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak and on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. RiverWalk offers upscale lodging, dining and recreation options. Rest in the luxury suites with a variety of amenities at your finger tips including; Solstice North Day Spa, La Vista Italian restaurant, Seven Birches winery, outdoor all season heated pool, fire pits, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi tubs, state of the art gym, children's game room and an extraordinary lagoon pool which converts into an ice skating rink in the winter.
We stayed at the Riverwalk over Memorial Day weekend with another family. We had 7 people in a two bedroom unit. Plenty of space for all of us. The resort is beautiful! Our balcony faced the mountain side, very peaceful and pretty view. The kids loved the pool and game room. We spent both afternoons at the pool, it never felt crowded. We hiked Lost River Gorge and Caves, and the Flume Gorge, big hit with everyone. Took the tram to the top of Cannon Mountain, loved the view. We went to Common Man, and One Love brewery for dinners. The brewery is walking distance from the hotel. My fav was breakfast at Polly’s pancake Parlor, worth the 20 min drive from the hotel (go early, and call ahead). Beautiful resort, cute town, and gorgeous area. Perfect spot to spend a few days!

The Suites at Eastern Slope Inn provide a great location to center your exploration of the Mount Washington Valley. The suites are well equipped, not fancy, but well kept. Much of North Conway is within walking distance of the resort. There is a reasonable variety of restaurants to choose from. The resort has a shaded trail that falls between the golf course and river road. If your interested in paddling in the Saco River it barely has a current so navigating either direction is not any significant effort. The area has a number of hiking trails. The resort has a fitness room, an indoor pool, and tennis courts. There is also a fire pit in case you like to socialize with other guests. The Eastern Slope in is a Hotel and also has interval ownership on parts of the property. This review is for a stay in the Whittiker House interval ownership. The room was clean, adequately equipped and well maintained. The queen size Murphy bed was comfortable and made good use of the space. The resort has online pre-checkin online and also online checkout to speed up departure. The unit has a two burner stovetop and a microwave as well as a full featured refrigerator. No pven if that matters.

Traditional New England lodging in the heart of the White Mountains since 1879. This Historic Hotel of America, listed on the National Trust for Historic Preservation, was restored as a historic country inn in 1986. Family friendly and uncrowded. An all-season destination surrounded by the nearly 800,000 acre White Mountain National Forest.
Dinner with hubby. Nice menu selections and excellent food, attentive wait staff (Kasi). A thoroughly relaxing & enjoyable meal experience. The server recommended brownie dessert was exceptional as was the specialty drink from the bar
