Reviewed By Tim HExtremely disappointing visit. The restaurants ate not really onsite, they are Extremely close but you must exit the hotel in order to access them, so no room service. Rooms were loud, we could here doors slamming all morning. The hot tub was closed. Parking is via a public garage.

If you want that, book the Four Seasons. There is no room service at all. So if you arrive at midnight, you will be told to order Door Dash. The club lounge has limited hours and no evening service. The rooms are very tired. Old furniture and scuffed walls. The walls are paper-thin. We spent the night listening to a couple arguing next door. We could literally hear every word. I did inform the hotel and was told that someone would call me but no one did.

Decent, but tired property.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to my meetings, and because the name (Blue Lagoon) indicated that it might be a nice place to relax after work. The property is decent enough, the staff are friendly, but the building itself is very tired. Water took forever to warm up in the shower. The restaurant has a very limited menu, and there is nothing else around. The wifi was unacceptably slow and insufficient for work. There is no HHonors lounge, and there were no HHonors perks. The airport shuttle is a plus.

Reviewed By Sheila BWe travelled down to Miami for weekend getaway, never stayed at the four season but a friend of ours told us how good it was. The minute we arrived the doorman helped with our luggage and escorted us to the seating area for checkin, we booked the room which offered views overlooking the bay the room were well furnished with all the natural amenities you would come to find in a luxury hotel such as the four seasons. We ate the “Edge” restaurant we ordered their steaks which were cooked to perfection so flavourful and tender it was amazing. The whole hotel is stunning the location offers easy access to the downtown area and loads of restaurants and bars close by as well, definitely my new favourite place to stay in Miami.

Missing tile work, mold in several locations, shower rod bracket hanging off wall, Only one elevator worked (12 floor) Hotel.. waited 10 minutes to go from 9th floor to Lobby. Smoking at entrance of hotel- ever time doors opened - 2nd HAND SMOKE.. our “special rate” Senior did not allow us any breakfast.. ($580) so many other options, stay in Hollywood Area - for Port of Miami.. Don’t waste time going to Bayside Market Area..

Great venue for a wedding weekend
Reviewed By BAHuston3Arya was a great hotel for our son’s weekend wedding. We had 90 guests. The hotel managed our group well. A lot of the hotel was actually renovated and looked fantastic. The pool area was very nice even though the restaurant was still being renovated. Most of the rooms had amazing views of the bay. The entire staff was professional and very friendly. Edward, the valet, was great to work with as our car was in and out many times. Isabel and Maddie Did an excellent job at the front desk taking care of our many reservations and other needs that the wedding party had. The hotel is in the heart of Coconut Grove. Walking distance to many different restaurants including Monty’s on the marina. I highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy.

Reviewed By 364letitiatFrom March 11- March 13, 2022 my friend and I stayed at the Miccosukee Resort & Gaming. While we spent a great deal away from the room, it was a fabulous experience! When we checked in the hostess was very pleasant. I was very thorough with trying to determine why the price was different from online, and she was very patient in explaining the change. The room was very comfortable and the beds were extremely soft. The late night area was food was very mediocre (hot dogs/pizzas), but the staff was very pleasant. We didn't partake in the casino, but everyone seemed to be having fun when we saw them. Overall a great stay for the price (alot of other places were booked at a high price due to Spring Break)!
