Reviewed By Suryaj1990There was no one for almost 20 minutes on the front desk at 11pm when we reached. Hence, we had to wait. After our checkin was done, the reception was again left unattended. We made it in time for Dinner. Restraunt shuts at 10:30pm. The food quality is amazing. No complaints there. Even at late hours, the hotel had a lively atmosphere with people dancing to music and playing billiards, chess in their game room. Yet it was calm and the rooms were calm and Quiet. The rooms are Big. Its equipped with the regular tea/coffee supplies, a fridge, well functioning aircon. The television did not work so the night was uneventful. In the morning, its a different place altogether. We finally saw the view which was under the blanket of darkness in the night! Undivided Sea View, an island and alot of fishing trawlers. Mesmerizing! A very well placed sofa, coffee table and the working desk chair formed the perfect place to spend the morning. We had some tea in the room as the view was just out of this world. The breakfast was uneventful. There were no name tags for anything. They had a good lay up with a superb view overlooking from the restraunt itself. However, the Poha and upma were both dry, toast and butter were left open, no fresh juice and no proper meal available as a choice in breakfast. I may be spoilt but in breakfast, I am usually used to seeing one heavy dish such as Chole bathure, aloo paratha, puri bhaji. The property is well put up, neat and clean. Mr. Bhujbal, the manager takes good care and makes things better. Please note that the Hotel Approach road is a single small path which is well litted by the property owner. People visiting for the first time may wonder where it leads.

Reviewed By zulfikard2019I stayed in Fern Samali Dapoli for 7 nights. The place is the best to stay. I will suggest to go for Lilian cottage which is an amazing experience. If the Budget is low, Go for the Mangolian. The open bathroom concept with Lillian cottage is out of box and the Sit out area has Fresh Air which is a refreshing experience. The service level is just 10/10. The hotel serves some amazing and delicious food and you can expect the fern hotel team to give you the best of service. The smile on the face makes your day.A special thanks to Punit and the reception staff and Ms Laveena from the Mumbai sales team, You all as a team made it special.I take away some good memories. Reviewed By BodasShravaniI never imagined summers to be so pleasant in the heart of konkan. Slyvan Greens is surrounded by lush greenery with trees laden with jackfruits, mangoes, cashew nuts. This place is very aesthetically designed and the 'Buddha' statue adds to the peace and calmness of this place. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The walk-ways, pool area too are neat. They serve excellent local fish. Will love to visit this place over and over again.

No network connection at this place gives you personal space accompanied by quality time and relaxes your mind. Also authentic Kokani food over here is amazing. Kolthare beach is just a few minutes away from this resort. Good place to stay with family!!
