Ordered breakfast, because we were leaving early. Woman at the desk kept handing out lunch packs without asking people, and at last didn't have ours because there were no more... Even tho we were there first, she kept (while servicing us) taking people's room cards and giving them food. If you fancy juice in the morning. Buy one at the bar. That juice hasn't seen a drop of fruit. We were also at an event at the hotel, food with live music. Half the food cold, not being refilled (buffet) and the waiter kept waking around mindlessly instead of taking our drink order. So when I finished our first plate I went up and asked for it myself at the door.

The hotel is located 5min walk away from town Ilidža, near airport and about 10km away from Sarajevo. I’ve been there for one night. Room was quite large. The floor and balcony were dirty, they should renovate balcony fence. I found cockroach on bed. There was no safe and refrigerator. Bathroom was nice; the only problem was that the hot water starts to run after 5 min of dispensing cold water. Wifi was free, but it was not working in my room. The breakfast was very good. Regardless of what the situation was in this room is this more 3 than 4 star hotel.

The apartments are great and spacious. The host is really friendly, offered us drinks in the evening and coffee in the morning. The wooden dock is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset, you can also take a ride on the boat. The city center of Bihac is just 10 minutes away by car.

We were left hungry, poor, poor food, with frequent power and water outages. I have never had this experience. We didn’t even have free coffee in the morning or any drink for breakfast. Shame. And also very expensive drink. One beer -3.5 euros.
