We visited Lakeview a few years ago and loved it so mush we decided to make a return visit this year. Great as ever, especially the welcome plate of home made Soda Bread from Caroline. Excellent accommodation and a really good location to be able to explore a lot of Ireland. We may even book a third visit.

I’ve been coming to stay at McShane Glen for the last 11 years periodically and have brought many friends over the years who’ve been visiting from other countries. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Ballintoy Harbour and to a local restaurant/bar (The Fullerton Arms) and a short drive to Bushmills, Portrush and Portstewart. I was apprehensive about this stay as I had stayed last year and standards had deteriorated within the cottage (uncomfortable bed, walls needed painted etc) along with some recent poor reviews . This was a 50th birthday treat for my friend from me, so I wanted it to be a great experience. I contacted McShane Glen with my reservations regarding standards, they listened and reassured me that the houses had been painted and new mattresses in the houses (not all at this point but working their way to getting them in all cottages) . I was relieved when we arrived that Big Bothy #4 had been freshly painted, lovely fresh flowers and most of all, all beds had new mattresses! I’ll definitely continue to return, hopefully they keep on top of maintenance and standards going forward .

Award winning Georgian B&B and self-catering cottages located in the Sperrin Mountains in northwest Northern Ireland.
Fantastic accommodation with a great location. Spent 3 days in Northern Ireland visiting family in the local area and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. Chris and Sarah gave us such a warm welcome and couldn’t do enough for us- wonderful hosts. The accommodation itself is lovely and perfect for what we needed. Cannot wait to go back again for our next visit.

Situated on the shores of Upper Lough Erne, the four star Fermanagh Lodges offer luxurious self catering accommodation right in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands in Northern Ireland.Rent one of our beautiful Corradillar Cottages – these are detached, self-catering holiday cottages, enjoying a 16-acre lakeshore site with ¾ of a kilometre of lakeshore, two small woodlands and a private marina. All of our cottages sleep 8 people with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and are ideal for families, groups of friends, or clubs and societies for whom we can organise special activities such as a private dinner cruise from the marina on site. The cottages are located mid-way between the villages of Lisnaskea and Derrylin. As well as Corradillar Cottages we also have Cygnet Lodge, which stands on its own lakeshore site near by in extensive gardens. This property also sleeps 8 people with three en suite bedrooms and one with separate bathroom.Take the kids large and small exploring on the lake by canoe or boat (available on site for hire or bring your own and leave it on our jetty during your visit), stop off for a picnic lunch on one of the many islands. Visit Gad Island with its look out tower, Crom Castle with the largest Yew Tree in Ireland or Inish Rath, an island with the original Land Steward’s house for the Crom Estate. Fish from the jetty or enjoy the papers from the patio area of your cottage while the kids enjoy the extensive garden area for playing games and the play ground on site.
We stayed in Oak Lodge, family of 4 with plenty of room in both bedrooms and seating area which was open plan with the kitchen. It also had a utility room which was handy for storing and drying wet suits etc. Picnic tables, parasol and bbq provided as well. Complimentary kayaks with all equipment provided. Would definitely book again! Share centre is about 1/2 mile away with loads of activities which can be pre booked or we were able to book on the morning of activity! Swift’s garage on way into Lisnaskea Has everything from Mauds ice cream to slushies, coffee, a subway, hot and deli counters as well as all a well stocked shops with most things.

Heathfield House is over 200 years old and is a step back in time. Heather has created a lovely and comfortable B&B on this working farm. The real attraction is Heather. We were there for the Open and she was full of enthusiasm as a fellow golfer. She was there to share the excitement and discuss each player and play--great fun. The food was excellent, lots of fresh fruit, great Irish breakfast, exceptional home baking. It was cold and rainy while we were there and she was kind enought to turn the heat in what could have been cold rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her at Heathfield House

Stayed here for a long weekend. Absolutely lovely. Cosy inside with lovely decor and a great self catering kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a decent iron to boot! 2 really comfy beds with en-suite shower and bath/shower and plenty of storage space including hangers. Lovely quiet spot and Pamela could not have been more helpful. Would strongly recommend as not only a great place to stay but also extremely good value for money.

Modern family bungalow with open log fire and central heating. Nearby private small sandy beach with boat slipway and jetty. large open garden with parking.
Just spent a weeks holiday at this wonderful house. Richard was so helpful and kind. The house just has everything you need and want and the garden and jetty is a bonus my children just loved it all. The location is great only 10 minutes into Belleek and 20 mins to Bundoran for a day out. Thank you so much for having us at your house and will be back again soon hopefully.

Mackeys Barn is stunning, the peace and tranquillity was devine. The views from the Barn are amazing and everything you need is supplied. I would highly recommend a visit. We relaxed and had a lovely bbq and the kids even did some pier jumping in the nearby harbour and were delighted to arrive back to a roaring fire to heat them up. Plenty to do in the area too so we were kept busy over the two days. Would love to return in the future.
