Very comfortable and reasonable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabins with panoramic sea views in delightful Chonchi! Owner Fresia - who speaks good English - was very helpful in recommending restaurants and day trips, like our trip to see the penguins and dolphins with Quilun Ecotourisml in Queilen! Optional breakfast (small fee) was delicious, filling, and delivered right to our cabin door. Free wifi, very clean, tranquil, and great beds. Best of all, the warmth and kindness of owners Fresia and Nelson. Our favorite place in Chile. Highly recommended!

The Cottage is completely equipped with comfortable rooms superior category, adaptive to the necessities and the passengers' requirement, bathrooms in suite, (refrigerator, oven microwaves, Kitchen), a terrace allows the comfortable demurrage from 2 to 10 passengers, great to enjoy in couple, family or with friends.
RapaNui had been on our "to do" list for decades. We took our Granddaughters ages 20 and 18 to experience the beauty and history of the Island. The excellent hospitality of family owned and operated Cabanas Tokerau began upon our arrival at the RapaNui airport. We were greeted with traditional flower Leis, symbolizing love and friendship. Lalo, son of the owners Yvonne and Ecuardo, loaded our luggage into the clean and modern van for transport to the Cabanas. On the way to our lodging we were treated to a mini-tour ouf the town of Hanga Roa as Lalo pointed out the main areas of interest and stopped to give us a photo op of one of the Moai locations. Tokerau is a short ride out of "town", about 4 minutes, just far enough to be convenient yet quiet and rural. The property is lush with mature vegetation (some of the online photos are from an earlier time when the plantings were young and small). We were attracted by the garden setting and that the cabanas each had individual furnished lanais. The bottom floor of our building contained one 'apartment' and a large fully equipped kitchen/living room/dining area. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. Now for the unique surprise. Breakfast is included and is served at 9:00AM for the guests in each building, brought from the owners residence, where it has been prepared by owner Yvonne. You may have breakfast on the large lanai furnished for outdoor dining. This is a family oriented property and Eduardo makes you feel just like family. He will be happy give you advice on any feature of the Island-great restaurants, great shops, great places to visit. Speaking of family, full day or half day tours of the Island may be arranged with Lalo. We travel frequently to different and unusual locations. Lalo is among the very best guides we have experienced. You will appreciate your visit to RapaNui so much more with Lalo's tour. The property offers clean modern rentals cars on site. Advice · The Sebastian Englert Museum has an excellent collection of the tools used to carve the Moiai "statues", original carvings, and very informative movie and visual diplays, but it is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to schedule accordingly because it is something you would not want to miss.

We are a quiet rural lodging on a 25 ha farm, 48km east of Temuco. Our modern, independent flats with central-heating, small kitchen, great private showers and a privileged view to the Llaima-volcano will make you feel at home. The lodgings are situated in a peaceful environment at 500 mts from the dining-breakfast-area. Helmut speaks English with a german dialect. Adela (Mapuche) is a great cook and will spoil you with her chilean-suabian specialties. Every day she prepares a different menu and would like to know at least one day in advance if you plan to eat dinner with us and if there are dishes or ingredients you can't or don't want to eat. The closest restaurant is 11 km away. . For guests without a rental-car, we offer guided tours (English) to explore Conguillio-Park and other attractions, like sandy pacific beaches near Puerto Saavedra, the Budi-Lake or the mystic thermal park "Geometricas"
Very remote place with very supportive hosts. Adela is a very good chef; food is very tasty. Very good breakfast. Note, accomodation is 500 m away from main building. Our Llaima room was quite basic, but very clean with a nice bath room. After sunset there's no light around, so you can have a perfect view on the starry sky, if there are no clouds - breathtaking! Very good place to discover the beautiful area, e.g. Conguillo NP. Helmut provides good insider tips or acts as a tour guide. Room for improvement: Comfortable chairs or a couch, a king-or queen bed and a fridge instead of a very small kitchenette. Not to forget internet access.

It gets cold in this part of Chile! The hot chocolate at Cafe Lahuel is the perfect thing to warm you up. Our sandwiches and cake were also delicious. The cafe is a visual feast as well, decorated with all sorts of vintage ski posters and adorable things.

Cabanas Las Gredas is extremely overpriced for what you receive. Overall our experience was disappointing. The reception was closed when we arrived, and we had to wait over 2 hours until the owner came. The bungalow is average and becomes extremely stuffy during the day. It’s significantly hotter inside the bungalow than outside, plus we were only given a very small and weak fan for the room. Our shower head was broken, which meant water spilled all over the floor each time it was used. We could only properly connect to wifi by the pool, even though our booking had advertised wifi in the room. When we gave the owner this feedback, he ignored us and was only interested in receiving payment. Spend your money elsewhere!!

Cabañas Koro Nui is a complex of 2 cottages (TAHI and RUA)with prived bathroom, kittchen and terrace. Placed in the heart of Hanga Roa, close to the market, restaurants, Pea Beach and Ahu Tahai.Surrounded by beautiful gardens we have BBQ facilities for you!Airport Shuttle and the welcomme with flower neckless are FreeIorana and see you soon!
Cabañas Koro Nui are ideally located in the heart of Hanga Roa, in the main road, within walking distance from every attraction, markets and shops. It is not a prime accommodation in terms of comfort and it surely needs some refurbishing and decoration (a little attention to details in the property could make a big difference!), but the kindness of the hosts (Nicole and Jaime, with little Camilo) and their willingness to help, makes up for a lot of what is lacking. Considering the costs of accommodation (and everything else in Rapa Nui) it is a good and recommended option.

This town of about 1200 people is very quaint for reasons unknown to a mere traveler like me. Its Spanish architecture is of a time where an economic boom would have prevailed during the last century perhaps? An enjoyable one-night stay before crossing the border into Bolivia here.

We booked this for easter weekend. Very friendly and polite welcome. The outside area of the cabañas is great, welcomign secure and each cabaña has its own space for parking and parrilla. The cabañas themsleves are basic in construction but have all you need for a comfortable few nights stay. Easy access to the beach and various restuarants and cafes, as well as access to the rod to explore Papudo and Zapallar etc.

So great to find an office to book into a cabana and that the person you are dealing with speaks some English and is so friendly. The cabana was simple design, clean, very well provisioned ( even had soap, shower cap and towels !). A large ( for Chile) fridge and all the other necessary items for cooking your own meal. The view was to the ocean and the roar from the waves covered the noise from the road that ran behind the cabanas. We were well pleased with our find in this charming village.
