Reviewed By gnlucila2022We have stayed at other La Quinta locations and have always had great experiences with the staff. First time staying here and will definitely stay again. We arrived early and our room was ready. The check-in process was fast and efficient. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The location has several great restaurants within walking distance. Added bonus, we were able to check out 30 mins late. Bag breakfast was a granola bar, tangerine cup, apple juice, and water.

Reviewed By agrubb756910Kids running around at 12am, dogs barking, someone groaning like they were in a lot of pain, loud engine noises and Stereo base rumbling.. and that’s just the parking lot. (We’ll just say Highland Ave. is a well use road at night.) So, not the best sleep.. lobby was locked full time “due to Covid”.. so, the sign said. So, no Breakfast. Bedding was clean.? The rest of it made it look like a real dump. Looking for sleep without the TV on? ..go somewhere else.

Reviewed By Road68370865334The room was absolutely filthy, obvious that nobody vacuumed. When I asked for extra towels and another pillow, they said “we don’t do that” (for the pillows) and gave us a couple stained towels. Don’t stay here.

Reviewed By LonghairflackoNot a comfortable stay no breakfast option just one muffin a one juice. Apparently their pool been out of service since 2020. Stains on my sheets. Toilet seat had cracks on It. Check in process took a long time only one person was working and no mobile check in. Also they don’t take 3rd party credit cards.

We all had excellent time and we really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel is also not too far from the temples, so it was an easy trip to the temples as well.

Not in good area of town, or I would have rated a bit higher
Reviewed By JJS1959I can see that the owners have tried to fix this place up but it's in a bad part of town and I didn't feel really safe here. To be fair, the manager helped as much as he could but there's still lots of work needed on this hotel. The doors seemed to be sandblasted and needed to be refinished on the outside. Unfortunately the entrance was difficult to get into because of all the construction---probably temporary, but still frustrating. I just can't recommend.

Reviewed By Michael AThe hotel was right next to a freeway, which was nice. Exterior of the hotel seemed normal but we were surprised with the new interior of our room. We haven't seen any flat screen TVs in hotels of this star rating, but we were glad to find one here. Also refrigerator was convenient. The bathroom seemed to be renovated recently. All in all it was pleasant stay. We got what we paid for.
