Reviewed By PoorTraveler13Staff was friendly. There is no restaurant o site as listed. Only had two kinds of cereal for breakfast and bread for a breakfast selection. Stayed for three nights. Had to keep going to front desk for toilet paper, clean towels, cups, and soap. I was told they were short staff and rooms only get cleaned twice a week. The key card kept not working and had to get reprogrammed numerous times. Parking lot was in rough shape, trash cans were full and smelled. They did have nice cameras in what I could see.

Clean room, simple motel but I didn't feel safe
Reviewed By KarineD7813I went to this motel because my flight at Dallas got cancelled during the snowstorm. The motel is close to the airport but I had a bad feeling when I saw the lobby. Creepy with weird people hanging around. The lobby and hallways are scary, the elevator was broken so I had to use the outside steps during the icestorm. I was actually surprised to see that my room was pretty nice and clean ! Bathroom was alright, it would be nice to have shampoo too (not only soap). The staff was kind and helpfull, even if they didn't look like staff (young people). The shuttle was on time for the airport. I had no issue but I didn't feel safe in the hallways as a single woman.

No hot water
Reviewed By sandrafR1420QINo hot water no tv no fridge. On a cold rainy night. Usually stay is a good one. Not on February 25th!! Room 114 sucked! From 12 am to 3 am people were very loud and arguing, slamming doors!! Didn't sleep at all. Then more loud people and more door slamming from 6 am to 10 am. The front desk clerk said she didn't know anything. She wasn't apologetic or caring.

Not too bad for studio 6
Reviewed By junieth1215My friends and boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel one night on Oct 19, we got a king size bed with a kitchen and a full sized fridge. I had no issues with our room other than a black stain on our sheet, it looked like pen/marker or make up. Our A/C worked great and Local cable TV. Our friends in the other hand, had a bad experience since one of the sheets had a red stain which one can assume the worst. The office people were nice and let us check out late, so I had not many complaints on our end. Well lighted area, but there is people hanging around outside at night. Don’t know if they stay there or not.

Reviewed By Milopez96I was just in town for a couple days and wanted to find a place that was both budget friendly yet comfortable. I had an amazing experience. Hotel staff was welcoming and I was extremely comfortable in my room. Not to mention I happened to leave my wallet behind and they immediately called me and we’re willing to mail it back home. Thanks again. Would highly recommend!

Reviewed By tiptons3Chose this as a cheap option for a short overnight stay. Room was clean and did it’s job. The TV input needed the be changed and the manager was quick to come down and fix it. All the staff was nice and accommodating. Area seemed nice and not too sketchy. Lots of food options near. Quick drive from the DFW airport.

This property needs to be demolished. Slum-lords. Managers/Owners let drug dealers live there. Terrible management.
Reviewed By ok345I lived there for several years. Property was filled with drug dealers. Police were out there everyday, all day long. Several residents were over-dosing, with one recent death. Manager(Dana), allowed these dealers to live there, as long as they paid more in rent. Owners/Managers sacrificed the safety/well-being of others, so they could collect extra $ from the dealers. Property has been infested for years. Many code violations, which led to City of Irving closing the property. Hopefully this property will be demolished. Do not give the owners/managers a deposit, they won't refund. I paid every month on time for many years, yet they made too many excuses why they couldn't refund. The main reason - the owners spent our deposit money. The owners/managers need to go to jail, in addition to the many fines levied by the city of Irving. If you value your safety, go somewhere else.
