Known as Stalingrad during much of the Soviet era, Volgograd is now an important industrial city of just over a million people. During World War II, the hill of Mamayev Kurgan was one of the bloodiest locales of the Battle of Stalingrad (the deadliest battle in history, claiming a million and a half lives), and is now the site of a memorial complex. The Panorama Museum, named for the massive Battle of Stalingrad panoramic painting it houses, is another of the city’s most popular attractions.

Reviewed By pope86I was happy to stay here. The room was large and very comfortable. While the breakfast was not amazing it was good. The bed was comfortable and the ac was cold)) My wife was happy there was a small fridge for her melon.

Hotel 'Tsaricinskaya' provides a good offer for tourists, who wants to stay near the city center of Volgograd and have limited budjet. Our hotel has a variaty of comfortable rooms.
Typical socialist hotel
Reviewed By Stojan GThey gave us rooms on the 4th floor with no elevator. The only reason why this is good (to be on the 4th floor) is that mosquitos don't fly so high; this is very important if you stay there during the summer. The toilette is shared with another room. The city center is not close but you can make a nice walk. The restaurant is offering typical socialistic breakfast but you'll not be hungry. The parking is officially not guraded. When leaving they accused us of stealing towels and they wanted us to pay them. Don't know if this is a regular way to take money out of tourists or it was just a mistake. After few calls the recepionist foud out we recieved less towels that's why they were missing. I still believe it was an honest mistake.

5 night World Cup business stay
Reviewed By davetomukThis hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it isn’t the Ritz but it is not a grotty hole either. It is a little way from the main city, but transport is cheap about 150 roubles into the centre. Breakfast could be improved but did the job. I would stay again, if business required me to be this way. An added bonus it’s connected to a football ground so you can get views of the pitch if like me you like that sort of thing.

Reviewed By alenakarnavskОстанавливаемся в гостевом доме первый раз и сразу такое хорошее впечатление! Очень высокого качества номера, пастельное белье, мебель. Всё очень-очень чистое, новое. Конечно, нет чайника и фена в номере, но это и не Отель со звёздами. Утюг можно взять на рецепшене. Однозначно рекомендую всем кто проездом или кто хочет пожить в хороших условиях за не большие деньги. Желаю руководству успеха и процветания!

掃除の行き届いた館内&素敵な朝食
Reviewed By Okada-kunnW杯観戦の為に訪れたヴォルゴグラードでの１泊目のホテル。ツインベットの部屋に１人で泊まったが、掃除の行き届いたトイレ、シャワールーム。部屋自体はそんなに広くなかったが、朝食(フリーのトースト、ドリンク)込みで追加のメニューが４つの中から１つ(私はパンケーキを選びました)選べるのも嬉しい。 室内には、TV、エアコン、同じフロアのバルコニーで洗濯物を干すことも出来るし、喫煙も可能。 ヴォルゴグラード駅より徒歩圏内かと思いましたが、徒歩で行くにはかなりの距離がありました。 夜遅くのチェックイン、翌朝にチェックアウトで滞在期間が短かったのであるが、W杯期間中にあの料金であれば満足度は高かった！

Reviewed By Андрей МНебольшая гостиница рядом с нефтеперерабатывающим заводом, до которого можно дойти пешком или на любом транспорте 4 остановки. Находиться в Доме Культуры Царицын, в который есть большой зимний сад (куда выходят окна гостиницы), концертный и два спортивных зала. Поэтому иногда здесь бывает людно и шумно. У администратора можно приобрести товары из одноименного торгового дома без накрутки.

Reviewed By Maximus969Большой пульс этой гостиницы это расположение. Если ранний вылет очень удобно переночевать. Завтраки включены в стоимость. Эконом класс номера без горячей воды. Для семьи практически не подходит. Трёх местный номер без горячей воды и он только один. Номера чистые. Рано утром шумно от аэропорта. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные. Дороговато.
