extremely well situated guest house
Reviewed By jean yves lthe guest house is 15 mn by bus or car from motor on the quietest part of the peninsula. The road is passing in front of it as always in motor's bay but you will forget it. Two small Piers are the house's property on the sea and are big enough for 4 sun beds each. Water is crystal clear and waiting for you. We had room number one which was perfect (comfortable and luxurious). Staff is helpful and will find you the best things to do with good prices.

Slaven kindly picked us up from the airport and on arrival at his property gave us lots of tips for local restaurants, bars and beaches. A welcome carafe of local wine and fruits were very much appreciated. The apartment was very clean, spacious with a pleasant cool balcony overlooking the gardens - very quiet at night. City House is within a few minutes walk down to the waterfront with lots of tempting bars and konobos en-route. Thank you Slaven for your hospitality - hope to see you again next year. Выбирали по отзывам на Букинге, не пожалели ни разу.Были семьей, с двумя маленькими детьми.Нас встретили в аэропорту Тивата, в номере нас ждали: домашнее вино, сыр, пршут, хлеб,испеченный Сандрой! Мы были 18 дней, 2 раза Зденко устраивал нам барбекю (по воскресеньям), поселок Радовичи очень уютный, супермаркет,кафе в шаговой доступности, купаться ходили на Плави Хоризонт. Объездили половину Черногории плюс чуть-чуть Боснии :) Спасибо за прием,а в Черногорию мы влюбились, хотим еще!

Tale House Montenegro is 3 km from Tivat city center in Montenegro, 6 km from Kotor. Lapetane, a charming fishing village, is on the Adriatic coast in the middle of Boka Kotorska bay. There are five apart rooms and a swimming pool. Our rooms have a bedroom and a bathroom with balcony.

Reviewed By ThePsSouthCoastMy first time as a solo traveller I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment in Montenegro. In the end I went with the Trip Advisor reviews for Tale House, which are all excellent. I see why now. Didem and her family were so welcoming and answered all my little questions beforehand, arranged airport transfers and basically took any hassle away. The apartment I had was lovely, with sm amazing view from both the main room and the bedroom. It had everything you need to cater for yourself if you want to, or help was on hand to book taxis to places for dinner, etc. I opted for breakfast in my room on one day (an extra charge) but worth it and it set me up for a sightseeing day. So much to see. The apartments are in a good location for exploring - you can walk for 5 mins to the ferry which runs every 5 mins across to Kemanari (free for foot passengers) where there is a lovely private beach and restaurant just another 10 minutes walk along the coast You can also get a cheap bus to Herceg Novi from here, which is beautiful. Only 1.5 euros for a 15km trip. There are also buses to some key places like Bay of Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Tivat town. The advice I got from Tale House was very welcome, especially when you don’t speak the local language! All in all, this was a lovely, friendly trip and I hope to return to Tale House one day.

Знакомство началось с ситуации, когда при въезде пришли оплачивать, и стоим у стойки, и в это время заходят новые въезжающие, и девушка говорит нам, типа ждите, я должна встретить новых гостей. Это нормально? Мы вроде как не новые. Ладно. Далее, чистота в номерах на оценку "2". В углах номеров старые волосы, фу, пыль и грязь. И при этом 130 евро в сутки (второй маленький номер стоил 70). Завтраки однообразные, маловкусные. Омлет на воде, глазунья непонятная и т.д. Пляж отеля оказывается не только для проживающих. приходят местные туристы и жители. Но это мало напрягает. Есть всегда свободные лежаки. В описании - вид на море и горы. На самом деле в нашем номере был вид на море с краю. А вот вид на помойку напрямую. И в 5-6 утра звуки мусорной машины обязательно не оставят вас равнодушными. Официанты на пляже ленивые, пока не дашь на чай 2-3 евро. Вообщем, за такие деньги 130-135 евро в сутки - этот отель не оправдывает себя. Не рекомендую.

Unique brand new Luxury Villa, has three separate independent apartments on each floor. The Villa is located on the first line by the sea, 50 meters from the water. The location of the Villa is very convenient: away from the bustling center, and at the same time in walking distance-7 minutes walk to the fashionable Porto Montenegro! Villa located in Tivat , St Kalimanska, 12. From the airport 2.5 km, first line, 50 m to the beach. Near the Park, shops, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, etc.all within walking distance. The house has three floors with terraces, garage and Parking. On the roof of the planned pool-Jacuzzi and barbecue. On the first and second floor apartment of 85 sqm with two bedrooms, two toilets with shower, kitchen with living room, balcony. On the third floor of 65 sqm has one bedroom, kitchen, living room, etc. Everywhere Internet, air conditioning, Underfloor heating, expensive furniture, kitchens, appliances, the best finishing materials.

Удобный аэропорт, расположение данных апартаментов в 5 минутах от него, а также от автобусной станции можно дойти пешком, что очень удобно для перемещения по стране. Тиват и апартаменты Kaliman Villa Lux - лучший выбор путешественника, который хочет познакомиться с этой гостеприимной страной. Отсюда можно добраться в любую сторону без труда до желаемого места. Город очень чистый и тихий. При этом здесь располагается марина с фешенебельными яхтами и 5*отелями. Нашим помощником в любых вопросах, хорошим другом и настоящим профессионалом своего дела был управляющий Jovica. К нему вы всегда можете обратиться с любым вопросом, он с радостью подскажет где лучшие магазины, куда сходить, чем заняться и т.д. Мы жили в апартаментах на 3м этаже с прекраснейшими видами на залив. Провожать закаты – одно удовольствие, сидя на балконе за бокалом красного Vranac. Все комнаты светлые и просторные, кухня оборудована полноценно. Все, что душе угодно. Готовить в такой атмосфере одно удовольствие, всегда есть под рукой свежайшие морепродукты и сезонные овощи и фрукты. После обеда, не заморачиваясь с уборкой, загрузив посуду в посудомойку можно отправиться гулять или задремать на диване любуясь панорамным видом на море… Тиват и апартаменты Kaliman Villa Lux рекомендую для неспешного релакс отдыха парам и просто людям, уставшим от громких и шумных мегаполисов.
