Reviewed By Ron_Nihon予約したものと違う部屋を渡され、部屋も整備してない分クローゼットの扉も開かずに不便でした。トイレが消毒剤臭くて、窓あけたりなど、匂いをなんとか消しました。部屋中はカーペットが敷いてあるんですが、ちょっとカビ臭かった。

What an interesting and fun place!
Reviewed By Eurotraveler110I wanted to see Saudi Arabia after it opened for tourism. I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of staying in the Al Diafah Hotel Suites in Riyadh. After a long flight from Europe, I took an Uber to the hotel. Do note, there are several Al Diafah Hotel Suites in the Capitol City, and the address was not clear. Consequently, my Uber driver and I went to the Al Diafah in Al Alaya and not the hotel that I had booked. After a great deal of driving, we found the other hotel. I considered this simply a product of the bumps to be expected in a country that now welcomes guests from around the world. Once there, I was treated to 5-Star service. My room was spotless, comfortable, and clean. I was also very comfortable in the area: it was authentic, clean, and quiet. I look forward to my next visit to Riyadh, and I will certainly consider coming back.

1 night stay and never again
Reviewed By Jami1708I booked this furnished apartment thru bookings.com just to stay for a night that is both near granada mall and in the airport. Its seemed neat and spacious in the photos and best value for its kind. When I came, the hotel seemed unmaned, I saw one man lying in the sofa in the reception area and call his attention, only to found out that he's the receptionist. The room is big enough, clean and well maintained. Complete furnitures and amenities. Oh, they lack toiletries ( which i did mind to request since I have my own). Queen size bed, but what brought my disgust was the bed linens, and pillowcases were not changed!!there are so many hair strands in the pillow and in the duvet. I had to clean it up myself since im so tired and sleepy to ask for a change of room or if theres any available since they dont seem to have many guests... I wish and hope they dont do this again.

Reviewed By imamo2018From the beginning it was a disaster the hotel staff seemed busy on there phones and playing games We had to ask few times for rooms but would laugh amongst themselves and got the room late was dirty did not even have the basics we requested for a clean but they did not and breakfast was cold and unbeatable we requested for change but they paid no attention
