clean place and attentive stuff. A good place to stay
Reviewed By Jes RI stayed at Al Seminario for one night with a friend. The place is located right in the historical centre of Tivoli, close to restaurants and pubs (if you're on a budget, have lunch at Pizzeria Arche' at the ground floor with the bnb) . Time for check in and out was flexible and Serena (one of the person managing our staying) was responsive and happy to help us. All stuff was attentive. I stayed in a double bad room on the 2nd floor, with a nice view on the mountain. The room was very clean and it had a closet, mini refrigerator, tv and a bathroom with shower (bodywash, soaps, cotton buds, shower cap, towels). Note if you want to sleep longer in the morning, ask for a room not so close to the breakfast area, for the rest of the day/night this room is immerse by silence since it's facing the courtyard. The breakfast is mainly based on sweet handmade cakes, as drinks you can find orange juice, coffe and tea from the machine, btw I had the feeling the stuff could provvide you anything you're looking for.

Reviewed By Gabi AThe place did not satisfy us at all. The bedding was not clean, the room was very small, and we were stung during the night by unspecified insects and because of bad acoustics. We heard all the noise from the other rooms and could not sleep. The dining room amounted to one small table in the reception room. The price of the room was very high compared to the very poor value we got. Despite the nice receptionist and nearby location to the airport, Tourists should avoid booking at this Hotel.

Our rooms are very spacious , clean, private bathroom with breakfast included it. we offer in our B&B a cheap shuttle service from/ to airport. Casa Marzio is in a good location in the Fiumicino's town center very near to restaurants and bus stop to get Rome Center. 10 minutes distance to Fiera di Roma . For any information don't hesitate to contact us.

Hidden Gem close to Airport
Reviewed By azloonWhat a hidden gem that is very convenient to Rome Leonardo Di Vinci Airport. Great wi-if connection and speed. Has 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. Less than 10 minutes from airport and Ostia Antica which was very interesting. Super automatic coffee maker for Latte, Cappuccino, Americano and more. Plenty of plates glasses and refrigerator and microwave. Layer out very well and very clean. Great owners who make you want to come back. Nice assortment layer out for breakfast. Has refrigerator and microwave. Would be place of choice next time in Rome.

Enjoy your stay in our bed & breakfast, a great starting point for your walks in nature; right under a real nest of peregrine falcon!

Reviewed By Rachel WWe spent our last night here because we wanted to be close to Rome for our return flight home. This whole area was incredible! We loved Castel Gandolfo, Nemi etc. Il Nido del Falco is in a great location, beautiful room and Ivan is a lovely host. My husband and I truly enjoyed the last evening of our 25th anniversary trip in this warm and inviting B&B! Thanks again Ivan!
