Reviewed By prkl08Almost perfect. + the room + the pool area + cleaningness + atmosphere + breakfast + hostess + service - no air con - the gate should be opened with the remote from inside the car. Its 2019 :) When its +40 during the day and +28 during the night it gets pretty hard to get a good night sleep. But overall a very good place to stay.

Reviewed By Kurt GJust on the way you Toscane with the family. Welcome was OK. Nice rooms and bathroom. We went to the city of cantu. Nothing special not much places to eat. Slept in a very pour bed. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Beautiful location but be very careful before you book and when you arrive
Reviewed By Kevin mWe travel a lot throughout Europe and the world and have not had an experience like this at any other hotel. We booked the hotel for my wife and 3 children thinking we were staying at the hotel. We arrived at night and they promptly took the payment for the 4 days we were going to stay. They then proceeded to drive us 3km to another village to stay at an apartment that had stairs that my 2 year old would fall from. The manager was not on duty and it was late so we decided to sleep then work something out in the morning. They had not other rooms so we asked for a refund. They indicated they had sent us a message (that we never got). The owner said they could not refund out card and had no cash. So we agreed to dispute it through out credit card. This was an agreement we had. I just found out they are now not honoring what they said and fighting the dispute. I am surprised at the dishonesty of the management on many instances throughout our stay. I would be very careful before booking on what room you get and also the honesty as you are there. On another note if you actually stay in the advertised location it is beautiful.

Reviewed By 959micheljWir haben in der Haupsaison das Camping besucht Bungalow mit Gartenblick. Freundlich und nett empfangen. Das Bungalow was ganz ok nur mit der Sauberkeit etwas schlecht. Exren Renovationsbedürftig. Der Campingplatz sonst ist sehr Ruig eher Ältere Leute .Auch hier könnte man sehr viel Restaurieren erneuern auch die Gartenpflege lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es giebt einen kleinen laden vor ort der aber kaum sachen anbietet.Daher empfilt sich umbedingt mit dem Auto anzureisen und ins naheliegende Porlezza einzukaufen. Eine Bar giebt es auf dem Camping jedoch wird diese nicht mer Betrieben und gleicht ausgestorben. Sanks,Pizza fehlanzeige. Restaurants giebt es in Osteno oder Porlezza. Leider ist neben dem Camping ein Kieswerk das den aufenthalt am nachmitag mit lärm sehr ungemütlich macht. Preisleistung ist ok.
