Loved our visit to Blue. Stayed at Seasons and was given a view of the hills and pool. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette, living room, den and bedroom. The room was comfortable and great for our stay. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were friendly. The common areas of the building are well worn and the elevators make a concerning banging sound when you go down. It could use a refresh. It would have been good to have fresh towels and trash removed daily but that is not offered now. All in all a great spot we would return to.

I am very fussy with cleanliness and I usually bring my own bed sheets, bedspread, and towels wherever I go, but they were not needed at this lodge (except for beach towels and pillows in the cottage), as everything looked so clean. We stayed 3 nights in cottage #3, then we decided to stay one extra night, so we moved to hotel room #12, as the cottage was already booked. The mattresses in both locations were comfortable and bother showers were great. The cottage had everything needed for cooking. The only minor problem we had was that the freezer was too small (just a bar fridge) and didn't keep the ice frozen. The same type of fridge in the hotel room. The owner (Ferdous) is very friendly and always just a phone call or text message away. We will be back there for sure!

It's a place where friends come to relax and enjoy the sun, fresh air and warm hospitality of the beautiful and very quaint beach town of Kincardine. "Where You're A Stranger Only Once" Open year round, our cozy motel has a peaceful garden setting offering 12 charming guest rooms. Our sparkling heated pool is open daily for guest to enjoy. We are just a short walk to the sandy shores of Lake Huron and to downtown restaurants, pubs and shops.
Stayed here many times. Great place if your on a budget. Outdoor pool is nice. Convience store and gas station across the station. The rooms are small but they are cozy. The TV's are small. Bathrooms need a rubber safety matt in there so you don't fall. Good for a night or two.

My wife and I just stayed at Heather Lodge over the May long weekend 3 nights. it’s the second time we have stayed at Heather Lodge it was so beautiful and peaceful when we stayed last June, we decided to go back again! I would recommend Heather Lodge to anyone of my friends and family. We both have stressful jobs that take up a lot of our time and Heather Lodge will be our go to place when we need to destress. Maria keeps a very good business and is hands on, her husband James and fellow chef Mike are both talented chefs, “the food is always delicious” nothing is to much trouble. Well done, Maria, James, and Team. Thanks for the memories. Jim and Vanessa.

Madawaska Lodge offers clean and cozy B&B accommodations and a newly renovated cottage for small families to large groups. We are nestled in the middle of the forest surrounded by crown land with direct access to kilometres of recreational trails. Come relax in our lounge room and play some pool or outside in front of the fire pit. We have a fully licensed restaurant serving homestyle meals.
Very clean and fantastic value. Breakfast is great. Location is great. Hosts are nice. There are a few slightly odd rules, which didn't exactly make me feel at home (no food in rooms, leave shoes downstairs etc) however not a real issue. Pool and darts are free which is awesome. Can be a little loud too, but I tend to use ear plugs when away anyway. Can buy beers downstairs in the evening.

Sitting on the shore of Little Hawk Lake, Oakview Lodge and Marina has lots to offer regardless of the season. Being on the water, you can take advantage of the complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats. When temperatures drop, the lake is popular for ice-fishing and becomes part of the RAP snowmobile trail. On land, you can explore nearby hiking, cycling, snowshoe and nordic ski trails while admiring the local flora and fauna. Air-conditioned throughout, and a large stone fireplace in the lounge, ensures you will always be comfortable when you retreat indoors. Oakview’s small onsite restaurant gets rave reviews from guests and local cottagers. With 6 rooms with private ensuites in the lodge and 1 cottage on the property, owners Anna and Greg have the time to give you the personal attention you deserve. It's no wonder they consistently receive high ratings from their guests. Come unwind!
A truely hidden gem! I booked the Oakview Lodge with a group of 4 other couples, all of which had small children. This was the perfect setup, with each family having their own bedroom, mini living room, and full bathrooms to make their own during the stay. Some of the rooms had multiple beds, plus a pullout chouch which came in handy for kids that slept on their own. The common areas were equally as exceptional for our large group - plenty of space to gather around the TV, dining tables, fire pit and loungers. The commercial kitchen was very pleasant to cook at, and actually it was difficult to come home to our non-commercial equipment! There was plenty of fridge space, a BBQ, 2 microwaves, and many other useful appliances. The hot tub was also very nicely situated, facing the marina. If you have a large group and are looking for everyone to have space when needed, but also together when wanted, look no further! The place is clean, huge, and simply perfect.

An awesome getaway! Extremely dog friendly. Beautiful Lake Views. Incredible hosts. Loved the common areas like the library, the indoor swim spa, etc... The suites are like apartments with fully functional kitchens and living rooms. Looking forward to returning.
