Reviewed By Nobby618Working in Jeddah for two weeks I was lucky enough to stumble on this hotel. Very clean and with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The swimming pool was an added bonus for me. The bedrooms are suits and very spacious, they have English television movie channels. Wifi is strong so I was able to keep in touch with home. The most important thing about the hotel is the staff, I have travelled all over the world and I rarely come across such happy, helpful staff. Brilliant! They made me feel like a VIP. Every time I'm in Jeddah, I will be staying here.

Reviewed By Ron_Nihon予約したものと違う部屋を渡され、部屋も整備してない分クローゼットの扉も開かずに不便でした。トイレが消毒剤臭くて、窓あけたりなど、匂いをなんとか消しました。部屋中はカーペットが敷いてあるんですが、ちょっとカビ臭かった。

Reviewed By KirbyMcCurlyThere is this 5-star plate at the front of this hotel which I think they put it there as a joke. If this is a 5-star, then The Hilton must be around 10-star. This place totally sucks. They cannot accommodate such high number of visitors: you have to wait for the elevators for around 10 to 20 minutes just to go from the restaurant to the lobby which is only around 3 floors down. Even more, the elevators can only take 5-6 six people per trip which adds up to the chaos. This is very incovinient especially before praying time because you need to rush in order to be able to make it to Masjidil Haram. The surrounding is dirty, trash is all over the entrance. Some of the power sockets in my room aren’t working and the hairdryer can only be used for a couple of minutes before turning off on its own. I really don’t enjoy my stay here and really think they should take down that 5-star plate because they totally don’t deserve it.

Reviewed By imamo2018From the beginning it was a disaster the hotel staff seemed busy on there phones and playing games We had to ask few times for rooms but would laugh amongst themselves and got the room late was dirty did not even have the basics we requested for a clean but they did not and breakfast was cold and unbeatable we requested for change but they paid no attention
