One has to pass through complex maze of typical old fashioned very narrow bylanes which are very dirty. One should have proper net connectivity and proper location on Google map to avoid getting lost,because lanes get deserted after 8.30 pm.Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. No wardrobes, dressing table, intercom, toiletries, etc. which are very essential. Mr Vishal was made aware of the same. Complimentary breakfast given was excellent and in kingsize quantity. One can enjoy it on rooftop with an elegant view of Mehrangarh fort. Steps to rooms are very narrow, very risky and very high. Not recommended for old people and persons with knee/bone problems. Doors give creaky sound. No dustbins in room & bathroom. We had booked shahi suite for two nights. Total 6 guest rooms available, as told by Mr Vishal. Room interiors are good. Special aroma greets you on entering the rooms. Door locks and looks are vintage type. Lighting in room needs to be improved.No reception and proper seating arrangement on check in.Proper restaurant is 20-25 mins and snacks counters are 15 mins away from guest house.These are our personal and umbiased views to help other travellers take informed decision.

Reviewed By Aloba3591The hotel is located in the old town and you can reach it only by tuctuc. Our room, n° 102, was nice, but you have 66 steps more to reach the terrace. Overthere you'll have breakfast and dinner ( too dark ), and a great view to the cock.....if you'll survive at the steps !!! Of course it's not a hptel for....aged people, sorry. I, in my first 66, got some difficoult with so many steps, but I did it everyday. Warning !!! If you don't say to reception, in the morning, before leaving, to replace the room, they will not do it !!! The owner is a good man and he promissed to improve the lights at terrace, put a carpet in the shower, more shampoo and body wash, tissue in the room. Cheque it if you'll be there ! Ivanromeo.

Also the location of the place is lovely right in front of the fort, facing away from the city, which is why it's less noisy than other areas. The food and rooftop terrace were also pretty good. Overall a pleasant stay and we would definitely go back there.

Reviewed By Megha_BaruaFirstly, the people at the reception esp the lady are terrible at dealing customers. Behaviour is unacceptable. 24hr service is a lie. Room was dirty with hairs on bedsheets. The room had a disgusting smell. The bathroom was too small even for a tiny person like me. The place was a nightmare. Ruined my few days of holiday. One day water was also not coming at night. Sometimes nights and early morning as well it is too noisy to sleep. Every possible thing was wrong. The worst stay I ever had so far. The location was alright, however, was too congested. I wish there was possibility to give rating in negetive.
