When we reached there no one was there to attend us after 30 mins of wait one person came he guided us to room when we reached the room there was no light he said light will not come after that we ordered french fries after 90 mins of wait he served us french fries the fries was full of oil we asked for tomato ketchup he said we don’t have. The food which we ordered for dinner also not good then next day in the morning we asked for hot water they said gyser not working so they will not provide in the chilling cold it was soo difficult for us to even wash our hands. At the I request everyone Please don’t visit this hotek

Reviewed By iamgormanGross. You can hear the cockaroaches scurry across the floor at night. Booked online for three nights based on positive reviews. The reviews are undeserved. I booked a deluxe room but was taken to a room which was far from deluxe. Most times water was unavailable to shower or even wash my hands or flush the toilet. Power often didn't work. The lift sounded unsafe and was often unavailable due to power cuts. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I told them there was no water they just laugh. There is no wifi in the rooms. Only in the lobby. The lobby is so small that you cannot sit on the sofa and use the WiFi without having to move to allow people to pass. Not to mention that the staff try to have conversations with you. Most of the people in the hotel seem to use it as a permanent residence,cooking in the hallways. Cleaning is not done, even in the common areas. The cable television is unwatchable. Probably one of my worst hotel experiences.
