We stayed here recently for 4 nights. The manager was so nice, he suggested some local places, gave us a map, helped us arrange a trip to the Volubilis and was generally really friendly! (He went out if his way to help us and show us where to go). The Riad is signposted well and we loved the decor! Our room and bathroom were really spacious and it was modern yet still very Moroccan. It was also really clean and a very good price. The breakfast was good and we used the kitchen one night to make dinner. They can also do laundry here (great for backpackers!). Meknes is lovely, a lot less touristy than Fes and the local people are helpful. We just went to the market, the lake and visited the Volubilis. We wanted to stay in Meknes just because if how much we loved the Riad and the staff- thank you for making our stay so great!

Hotel was reserved and we were asked to pay just entering in the reception. We wanted to see the rooms first. We were brought to another building and finally we were told there were not free rooms. The guy in charge asked us to sleep in a cellar and didn't offer a help for what we reserved for. The guy in charge, was completely agressive and not helping at all. Completely not serious hotel nor service.

I do not recommend this accommodation at all! We didnt have another option so had to take it for 1 night. It was our worst accommodation in Morocco. Dirty old blankets, dirty non-functional toilet, moldy walls, very cold without heater...

So, I have stayed here every time that I have passed through Fes for the past several years. Rooftop rooms are 75Dh and interior rooms are 100Dh. It's a great location. The folks who work here are super friendly. The blankets have been cleaned recently. But the sheets have not. Bed bugs! I feel really sad that the bed bugs ruined the time, because I loved this place in the past.

The breakfast was fresh and amazing, the bread the cookies and the tea... heaven. And with that view over the medina it made it 5*. I totally recommend it. The staff are really friendly and help you o everything you need.

This riad is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s decorated in a beautiful Moroccan style with intricately tiled floors and walls. It has a beautiful terrace on the roof from which you can watch the sunrise. Osama has been very helpful, giving good recommendations for places to eat, and general directions on how to get around. One bedroom located downstairs, and 2 are upstairs. Breakfast is served downstairs and had good portions of the usual Moroccan fare: tea and coffee, messemen, Harcha, petite pain, yogurt, boiled eggs and fruit. Would highly recommend this riad for its cleanliness, location, and helpful and friendly owner!

I had two days extra and wanted to live in a natural environment in ancient city Fes instead of staying in a contemporary hotel. So, I checked reviews with highest rate in Expedia and found this place to stay, everything looked good, a nice Maroc house, perfect local breakfasts, clean and impressive rooms so on... NOT AT ALL. If you are a backpacker and looking for somewhere cheap, go there.... Rooms are really shabby with serious plumbing problems. (Bathrooms - I am not sure those were to be called bathroom but anyway- are simply smelling terrible). Cleanness is just OK but no more. Run by a family, those are nice people, offer a cup of Moroccan tea for guests. Location is good, it's in Medina so you can walk everywhere. No proper Internet (should not be expected honestly) The most surprising issue was breakfast. Regarding reviews I read I was expecting a real Moroccan style breakfast. Come on guys, a fried egg in a very low quality oil, a couple fourth class jams, very stale and cheap a few pastries was the "Delicious & excellent" breakfast... LESSON FOR ME: NEVER GO WITH GUEST RATING IN EXPEDIA..

The ODOR of the room was disgusting, a mix of humidity and plumbing. The blankets were DIRTY, they were brownish full of dust. I got BUG BITES during my sleeping, then found the insects under the sheets! Then when I the owner he put the blame on me and the others guest who bring bugs from the desert. The only good thing was the morning coffee! I know it’s a cheap place, but i was before in other Riads and they were super clean! Avoid this bad experience please! Morocco is great don’t ruin your trip by booking this place.

Seriously wow wow its one of the most beautiful hotels i have been to. So relaxing and the view from the rooms its another story. Everything there is organic. They make the food from their own farm. The breakfast also, everything in it was organic. They have their own farm so whatever u will eat for sure 100% its healthy and organic. They also have spa and hammam, and healthy detox programs for a week. In that program they make u fast for a week. 1-All u can eat for a whole day is vage soup. 2- yoga in the morning. 3- massage and hammam. And also there is alot of other fun things u can do there like horse riding
