Arrow Lake Motel has been proudly owned by Ken and Liz Feiffer for four years. We are located in Fauquier, British Columbia, right off the Needles Ferry. It is a newly renovated motel which includes eleven air-conditioned rooms, five in which are kitchenettes.
We were 4 mature men on a road trip around Southern BC. Had expected to stop in Nakusp but when the choices seemed limited we headed south to Fauquier. What a find. The Arrow Lake Motel is the best individual motel I've ever stayed in. Really nice clean and large rooms, a well provisioned kitchenette, nice external areas with lounge chairs and several barbecues, even a covered firepit area. Liz and Ken were perfect hosts. Their place is clearly the centre of small Fauquier. Canoeing and kayaking in Arrow Lake was the best of our whole trip. Even saw a cow moose just down the road. I'll be back in a heartbeat. Great value for money too.

Had a perfect one night stay at this Kootenay gem! Clean rooms, great hot tub with stunning views of the lake. Really close to the Balfour ferry as well as the Dock n Duck Restaurant. Great breakaway from Nelson, highly recommended!

Revelstoke's best kept secret. The lodge features large rooms with beautiful soft duvet bed covers, free TV, free WiFi, fridges and coffee makers. All bookings include a complimentary bag to go breakfast. Parking is available for most sled and fishing boat trailers. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the highway and rail track noise, our guests enjoy a great sleep on our comfortable beds.
I was lucky finding this place. You can tell right away the private owners care about there guests. Good communication and fair prices. Very convenient location! Spotless clean, very comfy beds. I choose the bigger suite with a kitchenette. I didn't regret and I will be back. I highly recommend this place - you won't be disappointed.

We loved staying in Trappers Cabin. It was cozy and comfortable even for a non-camper like me. We loved our trail ride. The horses were beautiful and very well taken care of. Safety was very important! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a ranch experience.

Must write this review as I am so often underwhelmed when it comes to pubs and restaurants. The surf pub first of all is an old haunt of mine on Gabriola Island. It is rustic and beautiful and has a great glass front woodstove. Stones throw from the ocean with outstanding view from several tables. Service excellent. The seafood chowder is one of the best I’ve had. No nonsense chowder. Chock FULL of salmon, halibut, prawns, clams and 3 gorgeous mussels on top. ( plus a small puff pastry garnish) no fancy sauce either tomato base or cream… more like a thickened broth. So flavourful I couldn’t get enough. But there was LOTS! Big bowl. Great price. Fat tug on tap which always gets my bonus points. ?

This is a small motel near the train tracks. Nothing special but it's good for a night's sleep. The owner was very friendly and if you closed the windows you couldn't hear much of the train. Clean and safe. The wifi signal kept going in and out.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably local getaway and we hit the jackpot here! So tranquil, stunning grounds. The place is immaculately clean and cozy. The great room is stunning and an experience in and of itself. The area has so much beauty to explore, we were sufficiently entertained and relaxed by the time our three days were up. Sad to leave, but happy to have been restored. Mark and Yelenka were phenomenal hosts: so friendly and hospitality is second to none. We enjoyed our morning conversations :) Breakfast is well worth it and our best meal of the day and lasted us until an early dinner. We will definitely be back!

Heather Mountain Lodge is located on the Trans-Canada Highway halfway between Golden and Revelstoke British Columbia. Nestled in the mountains at the East Gate of Canada's Glacier National Park, this classic Canadian timber frame lodge will be a highlight of your holiday. Our restaraunt offers an outstanding dining experience, seasoned with memorable mountain views. We look forward to hosting you.
Food and wine are spectacular (truly some of the best we've had!), staff is warm and highly professional, and rooms are clean and cozy. We gathered for business, but HML would be the perfect spot to host a summer wedding as well! Our group LOVED their experience and would be thrilled to return for more adventures in the area.

This is an excellent lodge located in heart of small Stewart town.Martin the owner is superb person. From outside it looks like a old house ,but inside it is a modern place with all latest amenities,it has got an excellent shared kitchen and BBQ too.The rooms are good, however bath cubicle is small for a large person.Located at walking distance from information centre.
