All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for " a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room, which was about 10 meters smaller, then what was advertised and had 2 beds less and had a toilet located right in the room in the " glass cabinet" with shabby curtain closable only from outside....romantic? not!....well, staff changed the room once we complained... we booked 2 hours massage at the luxorious spa...to learn at the time of the booking, that our reservation does not exist...and staff told us, we probably never booked.... the psa, which there is an extra charge of 1400czk/ person is so filthy, that I would not even bath my dog in that whirpool - look at the pictures... and when we complained about that all, we were told, that we are the only complaining guest and our behaviour is not acceptable....by a waiter with 2 huge disgusting oil stains on his wanna be chic tie...LOL. This place is an utter catastrophy and our spoiled weekend can't be made up for with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...sorry guys....

Our residence is completely fully reconstructed and renovated, perfect for tourists and businessmen, greatly connected with center of the city.
I chose this hotel because I needed accommodation near the Tipsport Arena, where I was at the evening concert. Residence Vysta was located directly opposite this arena, very close to the tram station. This was an accommodation for undemanding travelers. The equipment of my room was basic. It was clean there and although the hotel was located on a very busy street, there was quiet inside. The breakfast served on the ground floor was very simple but good. Check in and check out was quick, the staff was very nice.

Offering a children's playground and spa center, Amenity Hotel & Resort Špindlerův Mlýn is set in Špindlerův Mlýn, just a step away from Labska ski slope. Other ski resorts in Spindleruv Mlyn, such as Sv. Petr, Hromovka, Medvedin or Misecky, can be easily reached by a free ski bus or by ski trails. The property offers two types of accommodations, hotel rooms and apartments. Hotel rooms come with a flat-screen TV, free coffee and tea sets, a mini-bar, bathrobe, slippers, free toiletries, and a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Certain rooms feature views of the mountains. Apartments then feature a living room, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, one or two bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and a safety box. The swimming pool with water attractions and wellness center are available for a surcharge. Bowling alley can be rented for a surcharge and adjusted also for the youngest players. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. You can also enjoy the on-site restaurant with a large terrace serving local and international specialties. A number of activities are offered in the area, such as skiing and cycling. The city center is 1.2 mi from the property.
We a family of 4 with two small children stayed here during the last snow of the season. There are two separate houses one with the very modern and stylish “hotel” and another with the apartments primarily used by families. The apartment building is a bit older and not at par with the boutique feel of the main building. The Location is very nice and nestled in the Mountains. Be carful if you arrive in heavy snow conditions to take your snow chains to get up the mountain. Service and food at the restaurant is decent quality and equivalent to a 3-4* hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel, the airiness and size of the room. The copious breakfast featured many options and was delicious. Staff was welcoming and helpful (we were able to borrow two umbrellas during our rainy stay). The rooms were very clean and quiet. We were impressed by attention paid to details, such as the inclusion of a magnifying mirror superimposed on a main mirror or the presence of a small bottle of rubbing alcohol in the bathroom. We loved our stay!

The pictures that are shown online are not correct, you are not getting what you pay for. NO RECEPTION, NO RESTAURANT. ALL THESE FACILITIES ARE IN ANOTHER HOTEL. When we asked to change the room as it id not what ee saw on pictures, the answer was " OH,these pictures are from another hotel we have". THEY OFFERED TO US A ROOM 2 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I FELT I WAS FOOLED.

To begin - we wrote we will arrive around 20PM, but we lost our way and came to Dvur Stran around midnight. The lady of the house was still awake and waiting of us because we made an mistake and our reservation was not for tonight but for two weeks later! And she was waiting! With her broken arm. After all she gave us food! after midnight! The rooms are very clean and the food is basic but very good. They have horses and al lot of cats. Very good place!

Royal Route Residence is located in Prague, just 2 minute from Old Town square. All our apartments are newly refurbished and air-conditioned. All units have a LCD TV, a sitting and/or dining area. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a -dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A refrigerator and coffee machine are also available. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer.
Always when i go to prague I stay at royal route. The host is very nice and ver helptul with just about anything. I also felt very safe during covid times here which is a big plus. I will definitely be staying in one of the flats again.

We enjoyed staying in this really neat Hôtel. We stayed one night for 4 persons. A small appartment with two rooms a bathroom and a small kitchen with everything. Microwave, fridge etc..for 70 euros. The breakfast is simple but nice. I do recommend this place.

I was in Prague for an eye operation and the clinic was ten minutes walk from the Penzion U Cejpu. The Penzion is handy for the metro and easy to find with a little bit of research on Google maps beforehand. The room I was allocated was spotlessly clean and actually consisted of two rooms a main one and a smaller single room with access to the bathroom. The staff were really helpful and checked to see if I was ok when I came back with a patch over my eye. The restaurant below serves lovely czech food at a range of prices and has a great selection of beer. This bit of Praha 4 has a mall, restaurants and coffee shops nearby but is a new town area and not as historical as the city centre. I was really happy to stay here and happy to recommend it.

Pros: location (direct in the center, near by the Market Colonnade) and room view, historic Art Deco building (renovated in a quality way), comfortable bed, cleanliness Cons: parking place is very far from hotel, hard to reach by walk, very hard car travel in the city center (to find the hotel), filthy windows (did not clean for long months) Summary, it was excellent stay in this lovely city!
