Reviewed By OneTrueWandererThe host is fabulous. Breakfast was very good which was served on your table on multilevel tray. The dinner i.e. pasta and pizza was outstanding. The room was a bit small but very clean and balcony had an awesome view. Many BnBs now a days feel commercial and hence don't feel like a bnb. But this one is a true gem and authentic bnb experience. Highly recommended

A beautiful, fully-refurbished Swiss chalet in the heart of Lauterbrunnen on the main street, just a few minutes' walk from the train station in the village. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities and most have valley views, with some looking out onto the famous Staubbach waterfall. There is a spacious lounge and a separate dining room, as well as an outdoor hot tub. There is parking at the rear of the chalet and free Wi-Fi.

Reviewed By dianelA3108SBWe had such an amazing time at Chalet Rosa at the beginning of March. We travelled with Ski Miquel. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and helpful, the food was superb. The ski guiding was so enjoyable and enabled us to travel to the various ski areas without having to worry about how to get there etc. The skiing itself couldn't have been better. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of lovely quiet slopes for every ability. Another very successful and enjoyable holiday with Ski Miquel. Highly recommended.

Great Soup
Reviewed By worldtraveler760686My wife was craving a nice and hot soup after a long day, so we wandered in this cafe. We were able to sit down and relax here while we waited for our soup. We enjoyed the soup and the sandwich, the service was also good.

Reviewed By lorro1wir haben mit unserer kleinen tochter (6m) für 4 nächte gebucht und waren total zufrieden. das haus ist leicht ausserhalb von adelboden gelegen, schön ruhig und ca. 15-20min fussweg vom dorfkern entfernt. sarah & knut sind sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend und machen einem alles möglich. wir haben uns von anfang an wohl gefüht, als wäre man bei freunden auf besuch ;-) die zimmer sind klein aber fein und es hat alles was man braucht. der direkte zugang zum durchgehenden balkon ist genial und die aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. das frühstück war seeehr lecker und je nach abend kann man sich zum abendessen „anmelden“ und dann gibt es „znacht“ mit der ganzen familie zusammen. wir haben es extrem genossen und kommen gerne wieder ;-) ein riesiger pluspunkt ist nocht zu erwähnen. ab der ersten übernachtung gibt es im sommer den wanderpass, womit man freie fahrt auf alle bergbahnen im ganzen gebiet hat.

The backpacker camp Mountain Lodge is centrally located in the village of Lenk, only a 2 minute walk from the train and bus station (ski bus). The backpacker camp is ideal for the young and young at heart people - for groups and individuals. The camp accommodates up to 64 persons in rooms with 2, 4 or 6 beds. Breakfast is available optionally. Our kitchen in the Backpacker is fully equipped for self-catering facilities.

At 1' 500m altitude, the Snow Beach Lodge is located right by the middle station of the Lenk mountain railway Stand-Xpress gondola - surrounded by ski slopes and the fantastic mountain panorama of the Bernese Highlands. Enjoy the mountain sun in our basket chairs or hot tub. Our mountain restaurant serves hearty burgers and selected mountain hut specialities. If you want to stay a little longer, we can host up 86 guests in our simple 4- or 6-bedrooms or in our cosy dormitory. The Snow Beach Lodge is officially only open during the Winter season. Out of season, guests can hire the Snow Beach Lodge weddings, birthdays, parties and other occasions.

Reviewed By swissminiPositive: Great location and view, great food including breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Negative:Tiny room, not enough power outlets, no towels provided, restaurant so noisy you can barely hold a conversation and will keep you awake back in your room. Reduce your expectations to a youth hostel and bring your own towel, earplugs and sleeping tablets.
