The biggest, funniest and nicest local hostel in Hokkaido.
Room temperature was ok, but it could get pretty cold anywhere else. Except lounge on 10th floor, very nice. Breakfast is served on 3rd and so in that time you can you use the 10th floor, but there is no toaster, only a microwave. They could empty the trash more often and maybe put a small trashcan in the showerrooms. Only one elevator and stairs can only be used from 3rd floor down. Good location, especially for the snow&ice festivals. But also close to public transportation, convenience store. Friendly staff. Nice lounges. Beds pretty comfortable. Good size locker for valuables. Check in and out process quick and easy. English speaking staff and map/brochures available.

K's House group boasts 12 quality hostels throughout Japan where you would find quality services and friendly staff. K's House Ito Onsen has celebrated 6th anniversary as a hostel, though our house counts 100 years since it has been built. Guests will find traditional Japanese atmosphere and 100% natural onsen (gensen kakenagashi)at very competitive price. We are tattoo-friendly onsen hostel. No worries if you are tattooed.
K's House is an ideal place to stay. The staff was kind, helpful, and spoke English. The location was conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the station and the beach. The riverside view was beautiful and the old traditional style of the building was stunning. The tatami floors and futon sleeping arrangements was a fun and inherently Japanese experience. The included onsen was also top tier. Everyone in my party agreed we would love to stay again.

Surrounding streets have good food options, shops etc. Our room was comfy and cosy. Small but very clean and modern private toilet/shower room. Downstairs communal area was nice and spacious. Friendly staff and nice touches like origami instructions on the downstairs tables :). Also convenient luggage storage facility. Thanks for a great stay!

MEANINGFUL TRIP OSAKA Nestled within the guesthouse rich area of Shinsaibashi. Take a good stroll, eat, have fun, talk, laugh and of course rest. Most importantly, enjoy a meaningful trip. We have renovated our building whilst preserving it's quaint 1981 retro feel. No pomp and circumstance found here, nostalga oozes from the very foundations of our design. We encourage guests from all over the world to join our STAY FAMILY.
We booked a double room with a private bathroom for the two of us. The room is very basic, but nice and clean & with enough space. The metro station is only a few minutes away & there are plenty if restaurants in walking distance.

I stayed here while visiting Sapporo for the Yuki Matsuri. The location was very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and only a 20 minute walk back from Susukino if you stay out drinking past last train. The hotel itself was very clean and I liked the unique interior decorating. There's a coffee shop on the first floor that does very good coffee and also Hokkaido craft beers. The fireplace on the first floor was a nice touch too. The Japanese jimbei pajamas provided during your stay were nice too.

Khosan World Ryogoku is a Hostel in Tokyo. Khaosan Group manages many hostels throughout all of Japan and has opened one of the largest scale hostels in all of Tokyo! Since their founding 13 years ago Khaosan Group’s Hostels have received high praise from travelers from around the world. This time Khaosan Group is opening their Ryogoku branch with the concept of diversity. There are rooms available for all types of travelers. From the backpackers who have always supported Khaosan to people who will be staying at a hostel for the first time, the Khaosan Ryogoku branch can answer the needs of all types of travelers.
I stayed in this hostel group before in Kyoto, so this time I gave Tokyo's Khaosan a go. Spacious lounge/common room, a foot bath also as describe ( need to be warmer imo ). My room was six bed female dorm, a little bit hard to open two large baggage in one go, but I managed it. Toilet and bathroom also inside the dorm... convenient, lovely. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.
