Free Wi-Fi, guarded parking in the hotel yard and free parking at the hotel entrance. 24 hours room service available. 4 conference halls from 20 up to 120 people. Full technical and restaurant support of conferences. Ticket office and travel desk. Sixt car rental.
Everyone at the Intourist made us feel special. We were there for almost 3 weeks and the Intourist never let us down. The reception staff led by Elena and Liz could not have been more helpful. They always followed through on all of our concerns. By the way none of the concerns were hotel related. One short story that conveys just how thoughtful they were: Cell service for Verizon was none existent outside of the wi-fi range of the hotel. There was a heavy snowstorm blowing outside and we were waiting a taxi. One of the front desk staff realized we did not have phone service when the taxi driver called the main line asking for us. She actually ran out into the storm wearing nothing but her uniform and high heel shoes and told us that the taxi was going to be late. These folks at the Intourist really care. If your travels take you to the Zaphorozhia city center then you must stay there!

Eco-friendly and quiet city district. The hotel is located in the ‘Old Town’ area of Zaporizhzhia city being rather far from the industrial zone. Nice hotel in a nice part of town, great value for the price. Room pleasant and clean. Plenty of hot water. Only complaint is that the breakfast room is a bit small for the Covid world, people tend to congregate by the coffee machine. Food okay but selection limited. That said, good enough. Puzata Xata and Manufatura Rozenburg nearby which also do good breakfasts.

This is one of those times when a place falls someplace near 3.5 in my mind...but do you go to 3 or to 4...an if so, why. We spent 4 nights there earlier this month. We were told staff speaks English, but quickly realize that didn't mean ALL staff! :) I've got no problem with that though...to whatever degree of English anyone DID speak, it was always WAY better than my tiny smattering of Ukranian or Russian! OK---Cons. As I've pointed out before...(and I can only speak for everywhere WE'VE been...) one pillow per bed and go easy on the toilet paper...no extra roll of toilet paper. They don't believe in shelves...you have to put your toiletries on uneven contours of the pedestal sink or the top of the toilet tank. Don't know if other rooms have tubs, but we had a very nice shower unit...but be careful, seems they elevate tubs and showers in Ukraine...so you really are stepping DOWN when leaving the shower or tub. A/C doesn't "blow you away" but will keep the room FAIRLY comfortable. As everywhere else we've been...beautiful, new elevator...maybe 3x4 feet? So some of the "con's" are, perhaps, commonality and custom. The room itself was fairly small, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our 3rd floor room overlooked the back of the hotel...(pool and grounds). On Saturday night they had a wedding party, replete with fireworks! (Which were being set off right below us so far as I could tell)...and of course, the dance music was thump...thump...thumping! Because we NEEDED to try to get into the local time setting, keeping us awake till 10-11 p.m. wasn't an issue, and must admit, it "broke up" no later than 11. It was so bad at 7 that when I called room service (#850)...after the ring, ring, ring, ring....the party that eventually answered couldn't be heard over the din! We ended up eating snacks. Then there was the BIRTHDAY PARTY on Sunday! (complete with dance music and a pseudo sumo ring)! Looked like a right lot of fun donning blow-up sumo "bodies" :) This time I was able to get through to room service...and the tiny elevator came into play! I guess they haven't figured out a small, 2-3 tier trolley, so the gal had to bring our trays up in relays! :) Anyway, sleep quality was, unfortunately, quite low. They need to decide what they are...the billed "family friendly" tourist spot, or the "hip" party spot? Pro's? Well, like everything, price-wise it's the bomb...but we'd already stayed at a better place previously for a few dollars LESS...the restaurant for free breakfast had a very good selection of cold and "hot" (warm) foods, even "buckwheat porridge" which I admittedly didn't try. Located along a main road along the Dnieper River, the location was fine...and actually was within "reasonable" walking distance of a modern shopping complex...down the road and up the hill! Perhaps in a different season or simply another week, I'd be rounding UP to "4", but have to round the Reikartz DOWN to "3". (BTW...I didn't find anyone to be rude at all, the staff were plenty polite so far as I was concerned).

“Slava” hotel is located in the very heart of Zaporozhye, in a unique place where the cultural, business and entertainment life of the city meet. Not far from the hotel are located Zaporizhzhya City Council, park - Alley of “Glory”, “Lovers” watch, a concert hall, cinemas and shopping centers.“Slava” hotel is a kind of place of Zaporozhye, architecturally it is balanced in classic style inherent to city downtown. It is a good tradition to come back to our hotel, because are always waiting for guests and gladly welcome them. We were easily accessible from anywhere in the city, and if you want to explore the city better or planned a business meeting all the comfortable transport means are close.
This is a nice, centrally located, but at the same time very quiet hotel offering nice, modern, big enough and clean rooms for average for Zaporozhie prices. The staff is kind, there is a big enough parking, the only disadvantages of this hotel are the really pathetic breakfast (please, do something about it) and the slow and quite noisy elevator...

I spent 4 nights in this hotel in July'2017. I was positively surprised with the quality of the location, especially if you are family with kids looking for easy-to-travel destination in Ukraine. The hotel has modern rooms, two restaurants (one of them on the seaside) and canteen, where they serve meals three times a day. All of these are located in the large green park, with beautiful fountains. Hotel has own beach on the Azov sea, as well as large swimming pool and small pool for kids (was closed for renovation). Plus, they have great mini-golf area, tennis and basketball courts and medical treatment center.

The price-performance ratio is not correct. The night for 4580 UAH is definitely to much. The hotel is 10 years old, but it seemed it's 20 years old. The price level is generally to much for Zaporozhye. The breakfast buffet is good (quality and choice). The quality of restaurant is also good, but I ordered for diiner a 'Grilled beef medallions', which is served without any besides like vegetables or potatoes. Only two pieces of beef medallions. I didn't know that this is typical in Ukrainian kitchen to order besides. The main negative impression is the cleanliness of the hotel/room (for this price level). The carpeted floor in room (#608) was quite dirty (skeevy). The furniture is used up. Yours sincerely, Matthias Klebl. The price-performance ratio is not correct.

Featuring a sauna club and free Wi-Fi, Venecia Hotel is situated on the Dniepr riverbank in Zaporizhia. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a minibar and a satellite TV. All the modern rooms are decorated in warm brown colours with wooden furniture, including a work desk. Bathrooms are fitted with a hairdryer and slippers.
Booked here for our honeymoon stay. We were very happy with the service. The food (breakfast) was very good. The lunch is a voucher to a restaurant in town. We ate there once - wasn't overly happy with the quality of food at that particular restaurant, but this doesn't reflect on the hotel or their service, at all. The staff is very friendly. Recommended, and I will definitely stay there again for future trips.
