We stayed on the campsite in our Moho for a couple of nights. Cannot comment about the facilities as we didn’t use them (we are self contained). The initial welcome and all other interactions with the staff were warm, friendly and genuine. Added bonus was a simple breakfast delivered to our door on Sunday morning - thanks

Offering six en-suite rooms, free wi-fi, and centrally located on Yarm High Street.
When booking the pictures made it look nicer than it is, flaking paint, dirt everywhere, furniture falling apart and the squeakiest bed I've ever had the misfortune to try to sleep in. The best part of the stay was leaving.

The Old Mill boasts several rooms on peaceful grounds. We have a range of standard doubles, refurbished luxury doubles, deluxe hot tub rooms and family rooms. On the grounds you will see the Old Mill, which is a converted windmill circa 1750, it was converted to a house in 1968 retaining many of its original features. A subsequent revamp was completed in September 2004 and it now homes the owners and their family. We also have a large outdoor seating area including a BBQ and a communal hot-tub which can be used until 9pm. The Old Mill no longer serves breakfast, but we highly recommend several local restaurants including the Fox Covert (2 min walk) and Al Fornos & Manjaros which are around a 5 minute drive. Guest rooms offer en-suites, hair dryer, free wifi, flat screen tv with on demand options, ironing board upon request, and free parking is available. While staying at The Old Mill Rooms visitors can check out Yarm (1.9 mi), which is a popular Yarm attraction. Looking to explore? Then look no further than Alpaca Alpaca At Leven Valley (0.3 mi), which is a popular Yarm attraction – and it is conveniently located within walking distance.
Amazing staff, nice and welcoming and explained how to use everything in the room and hot tub. The hot tub was really clean and private which made it more relaxing. A really nice getaway place for being so close to home! Would really recommend will definitely be returning this year! Ashleigh 05/06/22

The Stables at The Vale, a luxuriously appointed Bed & Breakfast offering en-suite accommodation, and a hearty locally sourced home cooked breakfast. Set tranquilly in 4 acres of grassed paddocks, located in High Leven, Yarm.
Our keys for our room were ready on reception as we arrived early. The place was lovely, warm and homely. Chris was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A very good selection for breakfast which we enjoyed. We walked to the fox covert pub, takes about 10 mins and had a lovely evening meal, which was recommended to us by Chris. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Located on a quiet rural location, with views towards the Cleveland Hills. Each with own private garden, wi-fi and hot tubs. The cottages are single story and make an ideal place to relax or to explore the nearby North Yorkshire Moors, coastal bays and local villages.
Just returned from a weeks holiday at Middleton. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and I can’t speak highly enough about the facilities. Stopped in Pear Tree cottage and couldn’t fault it. The location is so peaceful but within easy reach of the usual amenities when you need them. The cottage is equipped with everything you need and it’s the small things that they provide that show the level of service they go to. The hot tubs have been replaced and yes they aren’t quite as powerful as the old ones, but they are still very nice hot tubs and nothing beats sitting in them looking at the beautiful views that you get. Well worth booking, you won’t be disappointed.
