We booked 3 rooms in all during our business trip to this hotel. Their rooms had got bad smell and during our stay bad experience happened. Their hotel's security is not tight at all. One guy wearing a hat with his head facing down goes knocking around everyones' room during mid night but when we call up the front desk to notify them about such things were happening, they ignored our complaint. Mysterious callers call up our rooms either to ask for a loan or telling us they lost their parents. Its not a safe place to stay in to be honest and i felt very eneasy staying in this hotel. I even overheard complaints over the counter that they lost their belongings in the hotel rooms itself. Front desk service officers' attitude is very poor , hotel very bad foul smell, security doesnt meet basic standard. Noisy in the early morning as the building faces a busy street. I dont think i would stay in this hotel again.

I've stayed here a few times over the past years while visiting family. The location is pretty good - right next to the Mulan river and near a bustling part of the city. However, that also means that you'll be able to hear street traffic, honking, etc even with closed windows. Facilities are pretty clean and rooms are large. Breakfast options are mostly Chinese: congee, noodles, fresh fruit. One of my major complaints is that the rooms often smell like smoke, even after asking for a non-smoking room. Also, the hotel is home to a KTV bar which stays pretty late throughout the night. Even if you stay up on a higher floor, you'll still likely hear it, especially on weekends. Earplugs usually solve that problem.
