WELCOME TO SUMMERHILL GUEST FARM. A hidden gem in a valley of paradise. We provide personal, farm-style accommodation on a Self Catering or a Bed & Breakfast basis. No matter what pace of living you desire Summerhill Farm, tucked away and nestled in the mountain valley of Brandwacht, will give you peace, relaxation and an appreciation of nature tranquility and superlative mountain views. Summerhill makes a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of City Life. Being a working farm it is ideal for children who can help to feed animals and collect eggs. It is a wonderful location for the sports enthusiast a peaceful retreat for the tired and stressed. During spring and the extended summer months (September to April), dry hot days encourage outdoor activities such as water sports on the Breede River and Brandvlei and Kwaggaskloof dams. A well-chilled local wine is the order of the day! Autumn and winter offer sunny days and cool evenings and if you are lucky, you may see snow on the surrounding peaks.
We had a wedding at Damas and stayed over at Summerhill, beautiful place would love to stay there for longer . Would definitely recommend this for anybody who loves quiet and nature! Loved the dogs xx Thanks Bob and Wendy

After a very long day [12hrs] with daughter at ER Worcester Hospital, Sammy & Rose took us in, in early hours of the morning. Not knowing what was going on or how long we would be, Sammy remained in contact, checking on our welfare, the whole night. Sammy & Rose's spirit of generosity & kindness, is such a rare commodity in these times & we're beyond grateful for their hospitality. The accommodation was warm, pristine & simply divine for weary heads & bodies. Thank you Sammy & Rose!

In the morning, indulge in a delicious farm-style breakfast, included in our rate. Then hit the scenic paths on mountain bikes, wine taste, take a dip in the pool or visit the tortoise garden. There's a world of activities waiting for you on the Estate.
The room was very dark and very cold. The mirror was too high above the dressing table so impossible to sit and do make up. The bathroom was not very clean. Very dusty window ledges. The breakfast was very disappointing. Served in a cold, dark serving room. The food was not great quality and strange cheese viennas were served. We were not impressed all round.

We had a lovely sty at Kuruma Farm Cottages. IT is just outside Worcester, but close enough to drive out after a meal in town. We enjoyed the ambience and can recommend it for a stay-over or a weekend.

There was cockroaches in the kitchen. Looks like they coming out of the dstv decoder that stood on the kitchen table. The doors under handle was dirty. The lady that cleans took our towels the 1st day and left one towel. Experience terrible.
