Review minimum I booked a room 11 months ago for my daughter's graduation and was informed via email my reservation had been moved to another hotel. Not a Marriott property and not the same quality rating. I secured a great rate and now they will not honor my reservation because they are charging two times or more the rate I confirmed. The staff has poor communication skills and TERRIBLE customer service! Think twice about staying here!

Our family was here with our dog for one night for the Burlington marathon. Burlington is a short 5 minute drive which made it very easy on race day. we were also able to avoid the crowds and enjoy the restaurants in Williston before and after the race. Grazers has awesome burgers! And the woodfire pizza place is awesome too. The hotel staff was courteous and the room was spacious and fine. A hot breakfast was included and the pool was clean as well as was the Jacuzzi. parking was easy, right in front of our efficiency. And they gave me an extra hour to check out which made it easy to return to the hotel after the race and freshen up. Great for the price for a *** motel.

Really nothing to recommend this place. Does not live up to the budget-friendly, but usually pleasant, experience of most Fairfield Inns. Room was clean, but not very well maintained. The breakfast was a joke, hard boiled eggs (cold), cereal, an orange. Come on guys, you can’t use covid as an excuse to skimp on the breakfast. The coffee. The coffee was good.

I'll admit I generally don't love "extended stay" places for a short stay, and don't love this brand (certain design elements, like curtains instead of closet doors and modular furniture are not my favorites) but I really can't fault this place or give it less than five stars for being exactly as expected. It's well run and the front desk are professional, friendly and on their game. Most importantly, the whole place is new, clean and fresh. I also didn't love the location, the dogs of other guests in the corridors and the breakfast (I get that some hotels don't have restaurants but how hard would it be to get some fresh bagels or pastries?) But for an area with very high prices, it represented a very good value so if you are looking for a modern and clean place that is more like an apartment than a hotel room, you can't go wrong,

We were on our way home from Northern Vermont and decided last minute to make an overnight stop in Burlington. We had no place to stay so I went on line and found this cute little Inn. Still trying to say away from germs I didn’t want to stay in a large hotels. I didn’t book the place on line, instead we drove directly to the Inn which is located in a residential neighborhood. I think I caught the owner good guard as she answered the door. I ended up booking the room and couldn’t have been more happier. When she showed us to our room (which we weren’t allowed to stay in just yet since the other guests had just checked out and there is a certain amount of time before the next guest could use the room). I was happy to see she had the windows wide open and was airing the place out. That’s when I realized I booked the right place. We pretty much just used the room to sleep. Once we arranged to stay there and saw the room we headed to the town for the day/night. The place is about 20/25 minutes from town which was a quick trip. Once we got back at night the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Due to Covid they were not serving breakfast but had coffee/tea options in the room. The hallway is filled with memorabilia of the owner who was an Olympic Gold Medalist. He wasn’t there at the time but we would have loved to hear about his journey. There is a quaint screened in back porch that was lovely. We didn’t use it because we were up and out early the next morning, but would have been lovely to use if we stayed longer. Overall we had a great one night stay at this lovely Inn.
