Reviewed By 4mahargI was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and efficient. Parking lots were also very well maintained. You may see a cat or two, adds to the charm. Even though freeway runs nearby, it’s not too loud. I was still able to sleep.

Reviewed By TravelingismyhobbyFirst off, I would say that check-in was smooth and the breakfast buffet was good. However, it all went downhill from there. I was in room 214 and it was definitely not clean. There were several sticky brown spots on the floor, one on the carpet on the left side of the bed, and the other at the foot of the bed. This was gross, but I arrived at 10pm , so it was getting late and it wasn't enough to make me want to change rooms. The bed was comfortable but the walls were thin. This wasn't an issue the first night, but the room next door was loud past midnight on another night and then again very early that following morning. It was a group of young adults, either high school or college, and they were cussing and banging on the walls. I tried to get a room change the next day, but the front desk receptionist said that the guests in that room were already checking out that morning. Everything was uneventful until the day of my checkout when I was packing up and noticed that there was something crawling on the headboard of my bed. I took a few pictures and googled it and found out that it was a bedbug. I saw it crawl into the space between the cloth and the wood of the headboard, so it must be living in there. Luckily, I did not receive any bites that I know of. I reported the issue to front desk when I was checking out, but the lady I spoke to was not surprised, and frankly it seemed like she couldn't care less. She gave me an email to complain to and I sent that email address ([email protected]) an email with pictures of the bedbug. It's been 2 full business days and I have not received a reply from them. Meanwhile, I have spent the last 2 days decontaminating my luggage and clothing with bleach and boiling water. It has been time consuming and I am disappointed with the lack of response from Hilton. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to risk bringing an infestation back home.

Reviewed By bbrooks28Stayed there 2 nights ago and the hallway reeked of smoke and it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. My room was dirty. The bathroom had hair in the tub in several places and the closet doors were off the track, so you could not use half the closet. Some on close to our room was playing music really loud, I let the front desk know and it continued on and off until 3:30 in the morning....unacceptable I will never stay here again and I probably will not use a Holiday Inn again either.

Comfortable stay and great location.

Hotel is nicely situated close to shopping (Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree), restaurants (El Torito, Islands, BJ's, TGIF) and the freeway. Parking was always available even when the hotel was full during the weekend. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk was always friendly. The room was clean but is showing age. The air conditioner was a bit loud. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain was a bit short. There was no safe in the room. We were able to get fresh towels by requesting through the app. There is a small coin laundry facility available onsite though one of the machines needs some cleaning. The front desk can provide the coins. The breakfast was limited during the week and was full breakfast(bacon, eggs, waffles) during the weekend. The dining room was clean and the staff was attentive. We would consider staying here again for the location.

Reviewed By mariannval02The lady at the desk was very rude when checking in and made me pay an extra $80 for another person when i specifically scheduled a room for 2. When we asked for an extra pillow the next day they said “You already have 3” and refused to give us one. Finally upon checking out the guy that was at the desk just stared and when i said i was checking out then he approached and said something but i couldn’t hear and when i asked to repeat it he looked at me and nodded his head and proceeded to ignore everything i said afterwards. What i can say is the price for what is given is pretty good if they don’t charge you extra unnecessarily. ?

Reasonable Prices , Clean room we had , King size bed , clean sheets , clean bathroom , shower was large with jacuzzi tub , guy who checked us in was a very nice, and best of all the room came with Adult Movies at No Extra Charge. Can't beat that . Would def recommend . and stay again. Thanks again 5 Star *****
