With some friends I made a reservation to this hotel on our trip towards ski village Sankt Anton. I made a last minute reservation via Booking.com. However due to car problems our arrival was delayed. We called the general number numerous times during our trip to the hotel since we wanted to inform the hotel in time that our arrival would be delayed. However without any success. When we finally arrived at the place, nobody was present at the reception. Upon arrival, we looked around in the hotel and noted a room with the sign 'private' so we knocked on the door and woke up the woman sleeping in this room. She told us that she worked at the bar and could not help us as she did not have access to the rooms. We even showed her our booking.com confirmation but she told us that she could only give us the number of the hotel manager which we then called numerous times without success. We were literally left in the cold because we could not use the hotel room and all four of us had to spend the night sleeping in our car. However, the most scandalous fact of all of this was that we saw that Booking.com has charged us a no show fee of 180EUR for this night!!!! On the way home we passed by again to discuss the no show fee with the hotel manager. He told us that the reserved room had not been prepared because they did not know we were coming. However, we did have a confirmation that our booking through booking.com was accepted so the hotel should have been informed on our arrival! After explaining the situation, he agreed that a no show fee is unfair given the circumstances and the multiple and different types of attempts to reach the hotel and since we did come to the hotel that night. The local hotel manager told us that he also explained the situation in the internal system of Team 3 Reise wherein he stated the no show fee to be unfair. He gave us the telephone number of Team 3 Reise who is responsible for the hotel. When we called the number, one of your employees told us that the no show fee cannot be repaid. Since then there is total radio silence. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my relatives, nor friends!!!!

Family run hotel near the ski regions Arlberg and Sonnenkopf!
Good to know that the restaurant is also accessible to non-hotel guests! Very friendly and courageous hotel management and staff: despite the corona crisis the hotel opened early July. Delicious local dishes and interesting wine list. Certainly a recommendable place to go for dinner!

We stayed in one of the chalets with a group of 8. All the necessary facilities (bathrooms, bedrooms, TV lounge, etc.) were available which made it a very nice stay. Very relaxing environment only 5 minutes by car to the ski area. Seperate space to store our ski and snowboard gear. Nice saune and swimming pool available. Lady at the reception was not always friendly and the kitchen could be supplied more with necessary tools to cook for 8 people.

Hele fijne plek gelegen op een rustige plek. Kamer is basis, maar meer dan een douche en wc heb je niet nodig. Bedden waren goed, kamer was schoon. In de ochtend prima ontbijt in de Stube. In de kelder is een ski ruimte voor ski' s en ski schoenen. Kortom: prima plek voor zomer en winter vakantie

We stayed (2 adults with 2 kids) over a weekend... And simply spoken it was perfect. The Jacuzzi was a dream not only for us but also for the kids, (especially with the view and the cold and rainy weather) Also the hosts were very nice and helpful. Defenitely a place to stay.
