We stayed in this charming little place while exploring Nauel Wapi and the Seven Lakes region. It is run by a pair of architects and their lovely daughters, who treat guests like family and work hard to make sure they enjoy their time in Villa La Angostura. The facilities are lovely and very well maintained. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is bountiful. The family's English runs from extremely proficient to extremely fluent and they were immensely helpful with directions, advice and making dinner reservations at various excellent local restaurants. Staff was also quick to respond if we wanted a snack, tea or an adult beverage. Great 5-star service from a small inn.

The hotel has a great view, but it is very nosy and dirty. The room had hair in the bathroom and the floors were unclean. I was not able to walk in my room without shoes. When I tried to use the sauna I found pieces of skin on the seat.

We have had a wonderful meeting with nature, it's such a beautiful place and so calm that even the sound of silence is heard. Maria Laura and Roger, as well as his staff, have been wonderful and very warm. The place is full of good taste and harmony. Rest is assured!

The idea of this ample and welcoming house is that each guest should feel like a friend of the family and be able to appreciate the intimacy of the surroundings, warm and personal attention, and our emphasis on outstanding service.
This small, family owned and run hotel in the style of a Tuscan Villa was our base for a 3 night stay. It is quite charming, all suites designed in a way that immediately relax most guests, though from other reviews, not all. The staff could not have been more helpful - even fixed payment of my parking fine (doh) and made excellent recommendations for supper and exercise/outings. We drove the Seven Lake Drive on our first full day and Marcos was helpful in highlighting the must-do-stops. Continental breakfast is served overlooking gorgeous lake and is limited but excellent quality - eggs cooked separately if you wish, at no extra cost. Very comfortable room overlooking the lake.

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this place because we were on our way to Chile. The inn is an extremely cozy and pleasant construction. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very spacious, although it lacks sound insulation with the bathroom in the neighboring room. The bed is very comfortable. The construction is surrounded by gardens and has a nice pool for the hottest days. Breakfast is served very late from 08:30 which is not convenient for those who want to leave early, however it is complete and varied. Although this inn claims to accept credit cards, "at that time," their postnet did not work, which is why I had to pay in cash ...

After many years as a traveler, I must say that what I appreciate the most of any hotel is how customer-centered and aware of their guests' needs they are. It's a hard-to-find quality, as many hotels treat customers as if they were getting a burger in a fast food chain restaurant, where there are no options or exceptions but what it is offered. Arbolar is a refreshing exception. I'll explain.I'm a very tall person, much taller than average. During our check-in, the hotel owner expressed to me her concern: I would not comfortably fit in the shower. She was right: even though there's a bath tub, you would have to start to duck if you're any taller than 6'2". So she offered me to change me to a different room - which was smaller, but the bathroom roof was higher. We spent but one night in that room. Next morning, she was still concerned that we wouldn't be comfortable, so she offered to move us to one of the houses, at no extra charge. The house was just beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, luminous, with every amenity you may need for your vacation. Room service is also very good, discrete, and unobtrusive. My only criticism is that for the price they could offer breakfast. They do offer to provide breakfast which is prepared by a third party. We used this option once, but it was a let down. You'd be much better off fixing your own breakfast or getting one in town. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place, and I would recommend it highly.

An ideal location to enjoy the natural beauty of the argentine Patagonia, at the margin of Rio Bonito.Hostería Pátagon invites you to enjoy and discover a delicate combination between the exquisiteness of its architecture and the originality and coziness of its design and decoration. Each room has unique details, well illuminated, that combined with a natural dream setting. In Pátagon, we offer personalized attention as well as a climate of harmony and kindness, which result in a warm and unforgettable stay.
This Hotel is located close to the Bonito River and at walking distance from Bahía Manzano, in Villa La Angostura.. The attention at the front desk is so kind that you can anticipate an excellent service. And you will feel motivated when you see the wide and comfortable room that awaits you two levels down (the Hotel Front Desk is in the second floor). A nice private terrace, full bathroom with hydromassage, TV set and minibar complete your room. I would just improve two things: breakfast variety (too simple for this quality of hotel) and internet availability in the rooms as the signal was lost easily and randomly. The hot pool at the spa was wonderful and was easily converted on sunny hot days to an outdoor pool. Common areas included a computer spot, a pool table, a poker table and a wide TV screen where some movies are projected every night. it is an ideal place if you want to rest in a quiet environment. A car is recommended as the hotel is about 5-6 kilometers from downtown La Angostura, though it is at walking distance from two or three restaurants. It has parking place availability free of charge. From the hotel you can follow a path that will take you to the Bonito River. A nice walk to a clear water river about 50 meters down the hill. The roar of the river might be something to think about when choosing your room but at the same time, it might be a pleasant nature sound to induce your sleep.
